Dr. Lahijani called, was upset we automatically charged the second installment. Asked if we were running some sort illegal business or scam, mentioned he would take legal action if needed, and requested to speak to the owner.

I explained our payment policy and referred to our previous email conversations we had had when he placed the original order. He was simply unaccepting of this, again interrupting me and demanded he be refunded ($499) whilst on the phone.

I mentioned it wasn’t quite that simple and that I could put in a request to accounting and would respond to him regarding the verdict. He again would not accept this and insisted a refund immediately.

He is wanting an email stating the confirmation of a refund.

This process will take about 1-2 weeks and if you have any content material, please send them my way. This includes photos, biographies, forms and anything you’d like to mention onto the site. You’ll get more opportunities to review the site and make additional changes as well.

Nice guy but will use this to try to receive extra services/feautres – be stern with him as he will try to get more and more if I initially oblige him. (only plugging in his information into a design of his choosing- no concessions or “minor” additions)

– Be sure that the Website reference he chooses is not in the Beverly Hills area (or the ones I suggest to him, if he doesn’t have any)

Will prob ask to “quickly” photoshop images, add emails, or make “minor” adjustments to the design.

– If he requests a logo – quickly add something from SS and use a complimentary font – shouldnt be much back and forth. IF he tries this, have him search for something he likes on SS and I can adjust it for his site.

Spoke with Sinai – did not have a good rapport – it was difficult (in my opinion) to speak with him because he would get frustrated based on wanting technical answers even though I have covered ithe answers – he would ask a question and interrupts when Ihave not finished my answer – had to speak over him and politely asked if I can answer his question prior to answering anything else – he wanted pricing for all the packages – said he will call me if he is interested – did not say bye – did not ask for a proposal but i will send one to him
