Donna called me back. Came back from lunch. Shopping around. Told her i found her site, later on, found out they have another site:

Not looking for any other features. Suggested to go with Gold. Went over the design process and how we differ from other companies when it came to QPS.
Asked about forms. Told her we can do pdf forms to download. if the fillable forms to check with their software. She said she did and they don’t offer the portal. She said she might as well go with pdf since the other way they still need to manually enter. Told her it needs to be hipaa-compliant (didn’t go over pricing for ssl cause she said she’ll stick with pdf).
Asked how we compare to PBHS which i had pointed out Quality and Support we outbeat them.
She said right now send her info so she can review and still is comparing with others. Assured her again that ours is competitive and to let me know to review before she makes a decision.
