I was on the phone with the Dr. when you called most recently, and was able to get authorization from the Dr to move forward without me having to ask him about so many things. I’ve got the control and decision making power moving forward. Which is what has been part of my delay so far.

Spoke to Kevin and he will change the DNS settings so the tempsite will point to pristinesmilesofcrossroads.com, as we just applied the SSL to that domain. He is out of town and will be able to do that on Monday; will follow up with him.

In regards to the design draft, he will send me his feedback. For colors:
Crossroads – blue
Rockwall – green

Emailed Kevin to follow up with design for Cornerstone so we can approve and duplicate that design for Rockwall.

been goign back and forth with Kevin the past weeks regarding SSL which I had quoted him $485 + $385/year. Will be doing it for both domains, this and the other cp: 2015-cp?id=103854

Main question was to have the Certificate of Auth under the dr’s name which Belidna confirmed it can be similar to domain registration for WhoIs. We control it but under client’s name. He is also wanting to do Private Registration feature to prevent spam and solicitor. Checked on GoDaddy, it is $14.99/year per domain, will quote $25/year per domain. He asked to send invoice for both domains and once he verifies with Dr, he will call me to move fwd with both SSL Projects.

Who is the web hosting company for Dr. Kaushik’s sites? Maybe they offer an SSL certificate that I can get directly from them for easy install. Let me know.

Scott called back, very nice. Apologized for missing the call this morning which was due to the hurricane ripping through texas so the internet line was down.

He was the director of the company and wanted to asked some questions for the dr because the dr was screwed many times by marketing companies so he is doing is due diligence.

Asked about company, seem to know about when company was established. Mentioned that we filed LLC a few weeks ago which wasn’t right (asked dr f later on, its prob a renewal). Knew about Optizign and asked about “marvin”. Mentioned we did 200 websites but shows we’ve been around for 12 years, told him it was not 200 but over 2200. He might ve been mistaken on his end but clarified it with him.

spoke to kevin, he talked to dr yest and wanted to see what we can do about the pricing cause dr is struggling financially. told him it is already competitive and what i can do is to break up into installments to ease up the cost initially. Went back and forth and agreed to go with 6 installments for both projects.

Told him we will work on the 1st project and then once that starts to develop, we can start on the 2nd project which will have separate billing and 6 installments will then start for that.

He likes the whole idea and will confirm with the dr. Most likely start today or tomorrow. Resent him the updated contract to review.

Had a long phone conference with Kevin. He’s the marketing coordinator there helping them rebrand. Has 2 sites:

wants to use PRISTINE’s logo on the Cornerstone site. Redevelop that site. Once that is done, will decide what to do with PRISTINE’s site which has 2 locations to either separate the 2 or keep it within that site. Regardless, once makeover is done, use that design for Cornerstone to use on Pristine.

Cornerstone’s site, they may redirect it to anotehr domain name, still iffy not sure what to do yet. Thinking about having a main parent site then redirecting them based on the location. I recommended to keep cornerstone due to history (seo) and pristine separate like how it is right now with 2 locations. We can create landing pages within each and direct them to each respective site in the future.

Will be cancelling with that company soon (Cornerstone) and will need a temp site up. Told him we can do it in about 1 week grabbing all personalized info on the site and placing it on a design we’ve already created, then start on the development.

Gave him overview of what we do vs others when it came to QPS. He was drawn to our designs in the 1st place. Really liked all the ideas I’ve presented to him cause he wanted someone that knows the industry and help guide him as well.

He knows its extra cost in the future but will reconnect on this once site is developed, jsut wanted to know we can do it.
