I believe there is a misunderstanding. We are using WordPress platform, this does not mean it is a standard WordPress theme. The design you see on the website is a fully custom design which we have built and coded specifically for your site. We have already gone through the design process with Don and Jamie, and now we are in the stage of fine-tuning details such as: adding images, adding content, adjusting, etc…

The developed site you see is not a final version. We can make any adjustments to the images and text, but if you are considering a completely new design then we would need to discuss over the phone.

Doesn’t take this long to receive my log in info for our WordPress site. We are a Financial Institution, and upon looking at your staging server for 2 seconds what Optomized360 has “made custom” for us will make Trinity look like a joke. There will be zero “Fine-tuning” to the product you are trying to sell to us. It appears you have had months to “build” this website and the product you made is unacceptable. If your programmers are in house it shouldn’t take more than 15 seconds to ask for the log in.

I would really prefer to discuss everything with you over the phone and answer any questions/concerns you may have. I called this morning to reach you but had no luck. I have also been working on this project with multiple people at your company for months and did not receive a response from anyone for weeks on end. We even worked on the website while your account has been past due just so we can get anything done that we possibly could. Now, if you are unhappy with the design as a whole, we would need to restart from the beginning. I have communicated with multiple people but no one seemed to have definite feedback for me, and every time I was introduced to someone new, it seemed we had to start from square 1 all over again.

Jamie and I had agreed to go ahead and develop the website in order for her to make the next payment, then Don had requested to pause all work until he reviewed it himself. I had not heard back from anyone since December 19th when I spoke with Jamie on the phone to follow-up.

I’m here to help you but cannot do so if you are not willing to communicate with me. For now, I created a username login for your website with the credentials below. If you have any other technical questions, they need to be discussed over the phone to avoid any miscommunication.

*The temporary URL is under “caitlin cox” as she was the first person I was in contact with when starting this project. This is only temporary.

I don’t like being lied to Desirae. Please view attached Snip’s. I understand your business motto and its brilliant! Build websites that are custom colors for those that don’t know! Then charge them crazy server fee’s. Hats off to you! Its brilliant!

But the joys of being a Financial Firm we have an in house attorney who just so happens to be very good! Now we were promised a custom website and were given no such thing. You have till Thursday Feb 8th 2018 to refund all of Trinity’s money, or we will take legal action.

Since I have not received a response in regards to changing anything else on the layout, I added the office photo that is overlooking the street as the main image. Please keep in mind that we can add the other photos to the other pages once the website is developed.

Hello Jamie,

Here is a list of what your monthly charges have gone towards so far. Our accountant, Chandra, can tell you the exact amount as well.
Custom design from scratch – I created a design draft of what the homepage would look like and am awaiting your feedback. I can make any changes needed to the design draft before we approve and develop it into a working website.
Website hosting – Once we begin the design draft process, we also create a temporary site for you that we host on our servers. This is the site that we will essentially apply or “develop” the approved design to.
Support – We provide help and support for you from the time you order with us to even after the website has gone live. This includes managing your website and completing website edits.
Since we are in the beginning stages of this process, it is imperative that I get your feedback on the design draft so we can streamline this process for you. My goal is to get your new website up within a month of our initial conversation.

It has been great working with you thus far. I am very new to this website designing process so bear with me. I think you will be working with me primarily in creating the website outline and design and then once there is more of a final outline to show DA, I will get his approval on it. As far as the outline, I think I want the homepage to have a lot of the same information that www.trinityfs.com currently has just with a different layout. On our current website we have “home” “note buyers” “homeowners” “news and events” “about us” and “contact.” I think we should still have something similar but have one for “home” “about us” “investors” “property management” “loss mitigation” “contact us”
When someone clicks on either one of those, are we able to have it link to another page where then each main heading would have its own website? For example, if someone clicked on the property management heading, it would lead them to http://www.trinitypropertymgt.com/ and have something like that for each main heading? We also have really cool office photos that I think would be really great in the website somewhere or maybe throughout the website.
Hopefully this basic outline is enough to get you started with something. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions.

“Hello Jamie,

Thank you for your response. We have not yet started on the new website design for www.trinityfs.com. When I last spoke with the team, there were many questions in regards to functionality, security, and other things that needed to be addressed before proceeding with the design itself. I have included these points for you below:

We are absolutely capable of designing a new website for you. However, portal logins have to be set up and managed through 3rd party companies so that it can integrate with your system software. Portals are very customized for different companies and require extensive managing & services. We can definitely link the 3rd party portals externally (as you see on http://www.trinitypropertymgt.com/), but we cannot integrate a portal within the new website.

I have outlined important details below:
It would cost thousands of dollars to build a portal within the new website. The way you see it on http://www.trinitypropertymgt.com/, where it takes you to a NEW website, has worked for many of our clients.
It’s more than just creating a login; there are a lot of features/aspects that need to be customized to cater to each individual product. Which again, requires a lot of customization.
We should split this up into 2 parts: the website itself and the portal. We can design the website (or “umbrella” page) for you, but the portal needs to be configured with another 3rd party company.

As you can see, Jamie, it appears that the most important feature to have is the different portals. I had explained that portals will need to be set up through a 3rd party company and we could simply link that 3rd party company to the new website. I also provided a few website examples that I feel would fit best with the design for Trinity’s new website. Please see below and let me know which one is your favorite if any:
