I am still undecided – too many companies and options! Anyway, I worked with a designer and now have a logo so I no longer need that service. As I was researching websites in preparation for website development with someone, I came across Roadside Dental and in10sity. Regarding Roadside, I like their websites and some of their features such as a directory boost (listings are updated to reflect the change in ownership), SSL, SEO sounds more robust than Oprtimized 360, and they do the social media setups. Question – given that I no longer need a logo, could you do the premium SEO and/or Social Media? Are SSL and directory help included in your websites?
Given that the practice that I am purchasing is a fee for service practice in a popular area of town, I wonder if I need a more boutique rather than corporate website company to work with? Any insight you could provide would be greatly appreciated. I am putting so much pressure on this website because without it, I am afraid that no one will know that I am there.

sent her a long response today: see email dated today. Overall, gave her assurance of what we do vs them as far as quality and limitations. Adjusted and proposed $3,500 discounted rate removing the logo which was originally quoted $4,500. Still 3 installments and 30 day mbg. told her i’ll touch base next week.
revised the estimate to include 30 Day MBG based on my last call with her regarding “what if i don’t like the design” and “all our designs look similar” . Also broke installments into 3.

Called dr within 10 mins of submission. Bought a new practice finalizing this week. Dr gave me the site from previous dr which was based off of his name.
Gave her suggestion to go with redirecting that to her new domain so it is about her practice which she liked the idea and didn’t think about.
Gave her overview of what we do vs others when it came to QPS. Dr mentioned she spoke to a lot of companies already and felt most are trying to tell her what she wants to here and has heard from her friends to avoid certain companies cause they will nickel/dime her.
Gave her a lot of suggestions on how sites are developed and how we focus on visitor conversion. Assured her of the streamlined process as well.
She was very nice and felt very comfortable talking to me. Poitned out some other companies that does crappy work which she did speak to them already and is aware. I believe she spoke to Rosemont as well after i told her that there are only a handful of real competitors and they charge a lot more.
Sent dr contract to review along with some examples of our work. F/U in a few days via phone to potential finalize.

called dr, had a long talk with her. She remembered me but had some concerns cause she talked to other companies. Was considering going with GoDaddy and also brought up officite. Dr doesn't seem to know much and easily pursuaded which is good that I called cause i was able to address a lot from design, differences, her concerns about our reviews which was only 2. I offered her 30 day mbg cause she was wondering what if she doesn't like it. Talked about SEO cause others pushing her to do it, stated they have "local", "national", and "world" tier for SEO for pricing which I had pointed out why "National" when you're local which is evident they don't know and is all about money and she agreed. Also pointed out to her about my suggestion about domain 301 from the previous dr she bought which shows her our care and understanding of the industry. She will look it over again and get back to me. Very nice. Call her in a few days. Sent her an email to show her some recently designed sites cause she mentioned that all dental we did looked the same which I assured her it will be unique and tailored to her based on her preference. 2017-08-21 | danny.n
