All of her site examples were accurate to everything listed under “Overall Feel”
All were sectional. She understands that sites are more visual now, easy to navigate and simplified. She mentioned that the main groups that they market two are in 2 tiers:
Tier 1 Females 55+ who have disposable income to spend on cosmetic procedures
Tier 2: Wives and mothers with families 35-55+
A strong aspect of their marketing is that they are a completely female owned and operated business. So a good mix of Spa like and Dental is what they are looking for (site examples she provided are pretty accurate in terms of design)
All of the content on their current site is up to date and good to migrate.
*** She wanted to retain the “WHAT MAKES THE NORTHSTAR EXPERIENCE DIFFERENT” element from their current site. She liked an example from one of her website examples (screen shot attached)
IMAGERY
“If it has a traditional Dental feel, we dont want” – theyll be having professional images taken which should be ready in about 3 weeks time, which I will use to populate the site – They DONT want traditional stock imagery, but I told I would use it in the design drafts until she can provide me with the professional images.
Dr. Kulesa is a well known figure in the commnunity and mentioned itd prob be advantageous to include her image on the home page, but also mentioned Dr. Kulesa is very much about her Team and Staff – Let Tiffany know that I would include a section for Dr. Kulesa and maybe a slider or grid of images underneath, for the rest of the staff (also let her know that I may disinclude this part as it may detract from the Simplified feel we were going for).
Instead of “Meet the Doctor” use “Meet Our Team” – link to appropriate page
Include an office tour image slider in Office page
*** They have a new office opening in Spring 2018 and would like a “Careers” menu item in the navigation bar of the website – can add as submenu (she will send me a list of job openings as well as a careers video she is working on)
She had mentioned that they have great google and facebook reviews and inquired about having a live feed of presenting these. I let her know that this would slow down the site as well and that a slide would be jsut as effective, which they could update every quarter – she agreed ***** Showcase google/facebook reviews – example of this she liked was on https://www.schindlerdentistry.com/
