One of her MAIN concerns was whether she would be able to manage their reviews online in a similar way they do now: Client leaves review on button > content of review emailed to Rita, she approves > review gets automatically posted on the site/facebook – client has option of copying/pasting review to their google profile.

Told her I would look into the situation of her domain and notify her of the necessary actions to take BEFORE canceling her services with Chiro Matrix – let her know that typically these services are paid in cycles and to let her cycle expire before practivley shutting it down, otherwise we may lose access to her site – but in the meantime, we can have the site go live on their end by updating the A record.
