My name is Jan and I will be the designer working with you every step of the way, starting from concept to going live! I had a quick meeting with your account rep. this morning to discuss your account and review the notes you initially had.

Please instruct Antoine to cancel with televox ONLY after all 3 are done:

Domain Transfer to us or them
Emails (have active emails)
Phone: he will figure out what televox is doing with the phone since that’s what they specialize in. Prob phone recording/tracking.

– He will fill out Questionnaire as soon as he can. OK to start on the 1st-draft concept for his review without the phone interview to go over. He will try to let me/you know within 1 day of the questionnaire submission to see if he can call to go over the submission.
– The dr will be on vacation Sept 7-15 which is when there are no patients which is when he would have a lot more time to dedicate to this project and was going to wait until then to do interview. He agreed that its a good idea to expedite it by doing the 1st draft without phone.

IMPORTANT: currently with TELEVOX. They deal with the phones, domain, emails. Please coordinate with him once the site is live online on our end and emails are situated along with Domain transfer before instructing him to cancel with them. He is aware to await our instructions in the future.
