Spoke to Brenda for close to an hour. She had a lot more questions. Talked so over 20 companies and wants to make sure she doesn’t make the same mistake with the previous one which was SEO. She wants to be sure with SEO and what we will do which I’ve clarified with her for the site. We will have custom content written for $250/m (this is quoted before SEO changes internally at opt360).
She wants custom content throughout site. For SEO after that, we will do 1 custom article each month on site and published on her social (she will provide access or setup to synch).
Discussed getting reviews which is the G+ and gave her tips to ask for it as part of checkout process. Current has rate-a-biz on site but knows its not affective cause ppl doing really go there. Was having other company doing reviews which was really just internal sending them links requesting it but knows its not affective.
She also mentioned she knows she has internal issue with staff handling phone calls which led to the phone tracking/recording that she wants to do in the future to fix this.
Overall, undrestands we can do is to focus on getting higher conversion with the makeover, then ppc mgmt at $99/m + her budget. For SEO, $250/m which will be articles we will write each month for blog.
Overall, she liked how we structure things here as far as no contract vs contract cause it proves we have nothing to hide like the mistakes she has made in the past. Understands its not certain but at least owns the site just in case in the future. Focus on PPC, G+, & then SEO in priority.
Will have Google analytics of hers to view. KNows there’s a lot of stats, pointed out to her to customize the report so it only shows the main ones that are important. She agrees. Also asked how we can measure our performance. Told her she can look at her current GA and compare it once the site goes live with ours.
She said she wiil make a decision in about 24 hours. Client overall is just being cautious which I laid out for her what we can do as far as design and driving traffic but if the issue at the office is staff, that needs to be manage on her end whcih she understands.
i replied to her to see what was the deciding factor? Told her that i understand her concerns and our long phone calls and her past experiences which I don't want her to go in a circle. Asked her if she can let me know who or at least review the conttract for her to point out the hidden fees, terms, disclosures, limitations etc. Wished her all the best if i don't hear back from her but indirectly told her she's making a big mistake.
