Mitesh returned my call. LM for me while i was on another line.
Called him back. Extremely nice. Had website for over 10 years now, knows he needs an update. Not doing any marketing right now except internal. Although he’s in Langley, it is somewhat competitive.

Went over with him what we do vs others when it came to QPS. He wants to focus on the web makeover first then marketing. No need for LOGO (likes current one), interested in Video, recently got Facebook setup.

Went over the Gold with Videos in CAD. Spent 30 mins over the phone with him, went very well and seems to connected with me trusting my recommendations and also advice on how the site should be built. Seems to need guidance.

He didn’t get my original email I had sent him with examples. Checked spam while on phone, still not there. I had him email me while on the phone in which I will send all the info to him along with the proposal. Potential hot lead. F/u in a few days Make sure he even get the email.
