“For the “THE HILLS Modern Dentistry” can change the font of THE HILLS to a Large Italics (I have attached my wedding invitations haha that my wife and I designed, if you cant tell we’re into the details =) ). If you could make THE HILLS similar to the font on the bottom of the invitation (Where it says “Our Lady Queen of Angels Catholic Church”) in a Large Size so its Prominent, and then Modern Dentistry below that in a Smaller/Medium Size in capital letters (Similar to the font that says “Together with their parents”, the font has similar height and width). Below that can you put the Motto, “your lifetime smile is our lifetime goal” in box in all caps similar to the Modern Dentistry font. Then you can put the twitter, google, yelp logo and phone number below next to schedule an appointment.”

Dr. Don asked me to send him links to some footage from Shutterstock that I feel would fit best.

“Great work with the revisions and definitely the pictures really bring the website to life. I have attached the image of Dr. Vivienne, Hammond, & I that you used for the Meet the Doctors section in its original high resolution form, can you replace the old file (900Kb) with this new one (1.9MB). Can you also place the ADA, CDA, OCDS icons underneath Dr. Hammonds bio area and centered on the page. With the featured services section, can you change that to “DENTAL SERVICES” and remove Gum Specialist and replace that with “INVISALIGN”. As for adding additional pages/sections, can you advise on some options for other things we can add? Thanks and hope your having a good day!”

“WOW, the site looks really good so far even as an initial draft. I like the image of the houses on the Hills, so fitting for “The Hills.” Are those photos the original RAW images in terms of Quality, just want to make sure we are using the highest quality photos. As requested here are the images from the Doctors photoshoot, I scaled/cropped the images so hopefully that wont compromise the quality of the photos. I can also email you the original photos if you have an editing program that wont compromise/shrink the quality. I think if we use the picture of Dr. Vivienne, Dr. Hammond, and me in a Pallarax scrolling way that leads into the Meet the Doctors section (Similar to www.pairorthodontics.com) and then later a photo of Dr. Vivienne and I (similar to the Dad & Son on pairorthodontics.com) that would look really nice. I also included Logos that I had that you can put in the Bio (ADA, CDA, OCDS, USC – if you can put them in that Order for each of us that would be great, we all have the same credentials). We are currently working on the bio section so we should have that to you by the end of the week. I also included Insurance Logos that I had saved in a zip file if theres an insurance section where we would need that. If I have any other files I will let you know. I’m going to look through the logo questionnaire today with Vivienne and we’ll let you know what we like. Great job so far Desirae, we are happy you are working with us on this project. 3. Approval: After the logo is approved, we’ll send you a set of files that can be used with any print shop or graphic designer. We’ll also add it to the website.

Thank you for laying the groundwork for our new website. We are looking to create an organic website, full screen with side borders extending from edge to edge, all streamlined on the main page. High quality crisp images, we have high definition photographs of doctors (similar to pairorthodontics.com doctors photo), also photos of Laguna Hills City Hall (similar to goorthopasadena.com) and scenic Laguna Beach (similar to large photo on Elitesmilenyc) . Also would like a full edge to edge google map with office location at bottom of main page. Color scheme/Theme is “Hamptons” colors (light gray, light blue, white backgrounds accented with navy blue, dark gravy).
