I noticed that my card was erroneously charged for monthly network services on 11/26 and 12/26 for $79 each. Please refund these two charges and have your billing department remove me from you auto deduct.

Doctor was upset he’s been having to call us repeatedly but no one returns his calls. He was threatening to cancel but looks like it’s already in progress. He would like Belinda or someone to call him back within the next 30 mins.

Please move to single install on Godaddy. Let me know what the temp url is so ic an provide FTP to client.

Spoke to Dr. Jebraili. He was very gracious and thankful for turning things around after his original complaint. He said Belinda and I handled the situation in a professional way and is very happy with the website’s outcome.

Dr stated that he spoke to GoDaddy and from previous intent already, he will have it setup on his own hosting with godaddy for $5/m (this was addressed to him many times the difference in hosting and what is required for healthcare but dr insists time and time again that he wants to manage it himself cause he wants to learn himself since that’s how his personality is).

Dr will wait for Belinda to send the files, i told him it will take a few days which is ok cause dr stated he is busy until after Wed but stated he will call Belinda to THANK HER himself on Wed.

Doctor has purchased SSL, here is the file download after submitted the CSR.

Doctor asked about future site move and what it entails. Explained that there are 3k files and a database file. He would have to install WP on his server. THey will automatically load files and a default DB. He will replace override certain files with ours.

We only provide the files once, recommended to make changes prior.

He said he wants to keep hosting the site with us for now. Understands that Godaddy/Network solutions is cheaper but a lot of work for him.

Jan, I still don’t see the logo replaced. The email was from Friday, needs to be done.

Spoke to dr, he got off the phone with VitalElement to confirm some of the questions I wanted him to ask. He confirmed that 1st year is free but about the same monthly as ours after 1 year. He does own it and they stated that it is a theme they use but he owns it.

Basically told dr that what I can do is to get it down to $4400 after 1st year ($3,500 + $900/yr) vs theirs at $3,900 1st year then $900/year.

Dr stated he will go with me even though its more cause he likes me and has a lot of vietnamese friends who he thinks are smart and nice. He knows we’ll do a great job. Dr scheduled for next week to do interview and will fill out questionnaire by then.

Playing phone tags with dr. – dr finally called back. Super nice. Dr wanted to see more of our work cause he saw some from another company he’s talking to that has nice bright colors. Dr didn’t see much so I showed him how to use the filter to see neurosurgeon and orthopedic. He saw it and he now sees a lot that he likes.

Dr stated he liked talking to me and trust me and value my advice from our 1st convo vs others. The other company is offering 1year free hosting and asked if i can match. Told him that i will need to review cause based on what I’ve seen so far from them www.vitalelement.com – they are template.

Dr will most likely start soon. Will see if dr send their contract so i can review for him to point out the difference.

OVerall, dr wants us to tell him what to do for the design concept. He doesn’t care as long as it looks nice and reflects his specialty and him.

Looking to redesign his site which is over 10 years old and the guy who did it was a local guy who now has a different job who will not have time to manage for him. He likes him.

Went over with him what we do vs others when it came to QPS. Dr is a neurosurgeon not a neurologist with 2 offices in Lansdowne and Fairfax.

Told him the importance of the site and what we can do. Gave him option for Gold with and without Logo. Will show him examples. Currently he has no logo and was wondering if it was important which i explained.

Dr seems to be reputable with published covered magazines and reviews.

Went over Google business listing which I showed while on the phoen searchign for “neurosurgeon in fairfax”, there are 2 other ones with low reviews and ratings which I showed him to focus on for his 2 locations which is prominent. Dr liked that idea.
