I believe they should have been charged already $5,500 of the total project. If it is, only credit back $5,000.

spoke to Tami, very nice. She was very bummed cause she loved what we have done so far and the communication and the professionalism from everyone here. TOld her that many companies will not credit back regardless since contract was signed but us as a company, we try to be fair with our clients due to their circumstances especially in her position where she has no control except try to convince them. At the end of the day, she said the parent company in Germany wants to have someone local there to handle it cause of the 9hour time difference which she had expressed to them that she is in San Diego and can handle all the communication in between organizing it but she lost that battle.

We have agreed to credit what was charged minus $500 of the work which is the 1-page draft cocept that was already done. She completely understands and was appreciative.

Question is before i get back to her regarding the cancellation (refund), what do you want to do as far as crediting back. They did only 1 draft concept. I want to get back to her to let her know that we will credit back what she had paid MINUS the work we’ve done.

There was nothing done wrong on either end (us and the client).

They paid $5,500 for a GOLD Package + LOGO, $4,000 & $1,500, respectively.

Needs to “abandon” this project.

Reason: Tami was helping The Prostate Center SD as a side project, and it has been really hectic the last few months…The Prostate Center SD is a branch of their main center in Germany. Because SD is an extension, the main center in Germany has 80% control of what the SD extension does. They have decided to keep one website for all of their branches instead of having a separate website solely for SD. Tami said she fought hard to keep this new website, but she was not “winning this battle”. She feels bad about canceling.

She went on to say how great we have been as a company and following up with her. “Every website/company I’ve looked at you guys are by far the BEST. You guys are worth every bit of it.” I asked if she would be willing to leave us a review and she said absolutely! I also requested that she sends us her cancellation in writing via email.

Called Tami, conference Wayne in successfully.

Site is currently managed by an IRELAND company because the parent company for this business is in Germany. Currently it is a 1-page site because the previous company was SCORPION which they were not happy with at all. Issues with design, links, and support so this current 1-page site is temporary.

Wants a company that knows the industry, has good support and communication, & guide them.

They offer a few different unique procedures that others don’t. Want to target San Diego, then California, then nationwide and world.

She did see our reviews and saw our work. Went over design process and how we compare vs others when it came to QPS.

Went over with her the PPC and SEO. Told her PPC is what we should focus on next once site is launched. For SEO, those specific procedure based on her that it is not competitive, our goal is to get those naturally show up organically. Wayne agreed with me as well. He didn’t know about PPC but Tami has heard of it.

PPC: told wayne to target San Diego first at around $1,500 for those specific unique keywords, we then can gauge after a few months to then expand out to other larger cities. he agreed.

Tami seems to want to get something done asap within 30 days targeted but told her we will do our best but it will take about 45 days. She understands that it is on her end as well and # of drafts, back/forth.

Sent her contract to review and sign to get started. Knows what’s the next step already which is interview & questionnaire.
