1) Can we change the picture of the lady on the front. I would like it to be a family of mixed ages, happy bright smile, and with some color in it.
2) Under about us section, change North Houston Audiologist to Our Staff (because it has all of our staff, not just audiologist)
3) Under North Houston Audiologist, can you please put my information under Angela Poe’s info?
4) Under Hearing Evaluations, remove OAE section​ and add speech in noise testing
5) Remove the section for hearing tests (that is the same thing as hearing evaluations)
6) Under hearing aids, remove the picture of the Lyric and add picture of RIC unit on someones ear.
7) Under Phonak remove Mil0 & Milo Plus and Q series- all really old stuff. New Phonak product is called B Series.
8) Under Resound remove Linx stuff and content (very old) new product is called Linx 3D
9) Oticon- remove all content and insert content for Opn (the new product)
10) under write a review, add facebook to yelp and google.

Emailed Lacey to ask if she had any edits.

Lacey never received the “website is ready” email, so I gave her the link to the developed tempsite over the phone and she LOVES it 🙂 She is going out of town this weekend but will review all of the pages and send edits if needed.

Replace photo for “hearing aids” on the homepage with the one attached below. Make sure hearing aid in centered in the circle.

When I started with your company, on the initial phone call they stated that replicating colors and the site would not be an issue. Now you are stating that it is an issue. Please let me know if it is or is not an issue. The only reason I hired your company because I was told you could reproduce site but with my industry. I will be out of the office Sept 22- Oct 2. I want to know the answer to this prior to proceeding.
Also, I no not like the color of the logo. I can not tell the colors on the tiny “sample” sent to me. Before we change or do anything, I need to know if there is an issue with replication or not.”

Happy Friday! Based off of your recent feedback, I have updated the design draft below. A few things to note:

-I noticed there is no bio or photo of you on your existing website. I can easily add your information & photo once the website is developed. Please send me an updated bio & headshot so I can add it for you.
-We can change out the main image at a later time as well.

If there are no further changes to the colors or layout, would you like to approve of this design so we can begin development? Development takes around 1-2 weeks to complete.

– loves 1 of our DENTAL client: http://drkolinski.com/
– adamant about getting this design but use Audiology image/content. Adamant because I brought up how we can’t duplicate it but use as a reference since she ordered custom from scratch but said that that will be an issue cause prev company couldn’t “deliver” so i took a step back. It should be fine.
– just interview her and see what she wants in addition to DrKolinski.com. I think she likes it cause i notice her current site and dr kolinski has the same color schemes so she relates to it better.

OVerall, this is justin’s lead/client that I took over for him today since he is out of the office to finalize.

Dr was not able to login to view contract cause she had questions about the monthly fees. (SEO). clarified with her on-site. She may want her IT to host which i poitned out she can anytime.

Had bad experience in the past with previous company cause they couldn’t accommodate her and it seems like she just wants to replicate 1 of our clients (Dr kolinski) but replace dental info with audiology.

I had reset the password, update the contract to go with the discounted Gold at $3,500 per Justin’s email exchange. She wanted the ownership for sure. The other option was Gold with no ownership at $3,000.

Scheduled interview for this Thu with designer to expedite, resent email for dr to login to sign along with questionnaire to fill out by Thu.
