Hello Justin. Hope you are well!
Sorry for the delayed response, like I told you it is super busy season here. I did have a talk with my team, and we are unable to move forward with the site redesign at this time for 2 reasons. Firstly, things have become super busy here and because of that, I will not be able to head this project at this time...there are a few other business areas that require more of my attention. And secondly, we thought that the $6000 total price for the design was a little more than we want to spend for this redesign considering we just spent a considerable amount of money on our current redesign at the beginning of this year.
I will have more time to take on this project in the next few months. I have saved your information. When we are ready for moving ahead, you will be the first guy I get a hold off. At that point, I am sure we can have some further discussions and meet in the middle regarding the pricing. How does that sound?
Thanks for your great customer service by the way!

Hi Justin.
Thanks for following up. I feel quite positive about you guys but our culture has always been that we make most decisions together as a team. Things have been quite busy here and I actually haven't been able to talk this over with my colleagues. But I surely will this week, most likely tomorrow. I will be in touch with you then.
Thanks for the good pre-sale service. Talk soon.

Yes I understand. There are other professional designers we can hire for less, but with you guys the main thing that I feel we would be paying for is your expertise in the dental field, which Is something that we value. I will be reviewing all our options and will be in touch.
Thanks Justin.

Thank you, Justin, it is very clear. We would certainly prefer to maintain and duplicate on our own since we have an in-house team that can handle the load. I understand the $3000 design cost, but to be honest, the $3000 ownership price sounds a little steep. Is there room for some negotiation? If not, I will talk this over with the other decision makers in this process and get their feedback.
Thanks.

Hello Justin
Ok, so just to clarify:
If we hire you guys just for the design:
We will pay $3,000 (USD). But we would need to purchase the rights to be able to duplicate this design for our other practices for an additional $3,000. Without this additional license, we will not be allowed to duplicate the main design to our other URLs.
If we hire you guys for design+development
We pay $3,000 (USD) total. Everytime we wish to duplicate site for another practice, we pay an additional $1,500. In this case, if in the future we decide to take over the duplication process ourselves, we would not be allowed to do it since Optimized360 owns the rights to the design.
Is the above correct?

Hi Justin. How's it going?
Not sure if you remember, but we spoke last week regarding creating a template for our main practice, and then replicating that template for our 19 other practices. Just wanted to let you know that it will take us another 7-10 day to make a final decision. We are exploring a few different possibilities and I had a question. If we wish to build our new template on the Genesis Framework for Wordpress (for better SEO and security). We have in-house developers that can code the site for us. If that is the case, could you guys offer a package that includes just the design of the main template and it's content? If so, what would that package look like?
Thanks

$3,000 + $79/m -- $1,500 for same branding different color scheme - he likes that a lot - the other guy does $3k EVERY design and it is exactly the same - told him we can do it better - he will talk to his colleagues and get back to me
