Val returned my call earlier and apologized for not getting back to me sooner.

Went over with her the option which i recommend to redevelop current one. She was somewhat against it but later on understood why and the limitations.

I gave her 3 options mentioned in the proposal here. She may be interested in going with Gold as well to start all over.

Her main concern is the content cause they don’t know the content which the office provided along with images and its been over 6 months, nothing was done.

She saw some examples of concept i’ve previously emailed her and I showed her Dr. hadaegh’s site that we did which she liked too.

Asked about SEO, which I quoted $400-$500/m and will take time with no guarantees which she seems to know. Stated they had good ranking back then but dropped entirely since they got a new site a few years back.

went over with her the other option which is PPC.

OVerall, for the marketing, she will reconnect with us on this later on.

Sent her info to review. very nice and will look forward to it to present to the dr.

Called, was transferred to Val. Very nice.

Had a site started by local graphic designer they know but is done outside of the US. Taking too long and is looking for someone to finish it and improve it along with seo and future marketing.

Told her where they are at with the design (concept or development). she has a link which i told her to send to me so i can review. She said that some companies won’t do it and i explained to her why which is bc they don’t do what we do as far as custom from scratch.

Told her to send me link so i can review… gave her a heads up that either we work off of it or most likely redevelop which esthetically will look like what she has or even improve it and implement other features that they couldn’t do.

Emailed her so she can respnod to me with a link. Told her i’ll get back to her within the hour after talking to designer.
