Dr. Patel walked in at 8:30am, was referred by a consultant that he trust Paul Yuan whom I spoke to a few months ago over the phone.
Spent almost 2 hours talking to dr basically consulting him in every aspects of his practice internally along with Web.
Dr bought a practice from an old-school dr for about a year now. Had a website but it went down cause there was nothing on there.
Dr seems to be very genuine and honest with patients. Has a strong ethic code with his patients. Doesn’t do things like Western Dental where they are all about the money. He needs new patients and understands the importance of marketing.
Went over google (PPC, G+, SEO). Told dr min should be at least $500/m for PPC whcih seems a lot to him. Seems like a struggling practice, stated he started saving up a bit for this project but knows he needs to do it right from the beginning.
Went over PPC and how it is done, went into some details on how his budget would work as far as how we configure the clicks, keywords, coverage. He gets the gist of it. With SEO, he knows its competitive and after talking to me, it confirmed what he thinks and feel about other companies promising him.
G+: he tried claiming it but had issues. Gave him tips on how to do it and then how to utilize it as far as obtaining reviews. Assured we will structure his site to get reviews from current patients and target new patients reading reviews. He doesn’t like yelp and we did discuss how reviews are filtered but told him in general we will focus on keeping patients on his site vs leaving to read or get reviews.
OVerall, went great, its about budget right now. He for sure woudl go with us if money wasn’t an issue cause he seems to trust and appreciate the time and info I’ve given him.
We talked about how the OPT360 started and my background and knowledge which he found very valuable.
Dr took a fw of my business cards. Will send dr all the info to review. Very nice dr.
