    For Info@forneydayspa.com, this email is not managed by us. I don’t see it listed in our accounts. If you can provide us access to the account for fourneydayspa.com (possibly a power your name account), we can check on the email settings to make sure they are set properly.

    Hostgator domains:
    The extra domains in that screenshot list doesn't let you do anything with them..only if they appear in the redirects pull down menu under a hosting plan
    I had an issue with hostwinds with same problem..it won't let you forward unless you purchase a hosting plan with those domains. Dr. Rowe only had one domain with hostwinds but they didn't allow forwarding.

    Email Requesting for Refund

    “I want a FULL REFUND! NOW, this is ridiculous and I will be contacting my credit card company if I do not receive an immediate refund for everything paid.” — Chrissy’s email.

    Not sure how/what/why she has emailed this. Called and she said “IM not very happy Belinda” We had sent her an email on the 17th regarding the changes mentioned in ticket 95445. She said none of the items were completed and shouldve been done in 1-2 days. I told her NO i quoted in my email 3-5 days some will be completed earlier some not. She mentioned following items not completed:

    – unmatching logos (untrue), not the latest logo (true; we used the one found on her website!)
    – combining pages: but I read the exact text she sent and showed her we have created pages, she has not indicated to combine them.
    – photo issues: this is an ongoing issue from the start. she doesnt like the photos chosen but does not give a reason why, simply states “i hate that photo” — told her again she HAS to give me something otherwise im presenting photos that will not satisfy her.
    – issues throughout content: indicated this is content from HER website but she rebuttled with “this photo is from you guys” — again, point above.

    She listed other things that were already completed and I showed her screenshots, asked her to refresh. She calmed down a bit but needed to go see a patient. Emailed her a list of items updated (from our conversation) and reiterated the list completed on 17th.

    I did not talk about a refund, we went straight into the ‘issues’ — At this point, we’ve done legitimate work and I cannot approve for any type of refund. Chrissy needs to be clear and give appropriate feedback. I have not told her this, but this is the feedback from the experience.

    Chrissy has given up on the design submitted to her. Gave her my actual feedback the design and noted to her that our team has followed her instructions, this is how it ends up. She showed me her favorite site, that looks like the exact opposite of what she’s looking for. Mentioned to her this does not resonate with what she’s been saying. Removed the idea of her taking the lead and let me handle the design/marketing decisions. She’s okay with that.

    New Notes:
    – focus on three things:
    1. colors – mentioned we cannot go with green and orange as it is on her website. will have to use different variations.
    2. coolsculpting/skin care – focus on these two as they bring in revenue. other services can be found elsewhere.
    3. locations – no need for maps, its confusing. Just to sections for locations.

    She likes photos, color opposed to white space. Should be warm.

    Spoke with Chrissy today – she was upset that the same issue keeps recurring (addressed the phone number needs to be more visible) etc… – said its a month out and they still dont have much or a website – she is paying two different companies for a website

    She again feels that she needs the designers to make inputs and decisions – told her that this process should be very streamline and I rarely ever run into issues like this — even after a designer switch — told her that we need her input to modify the drafts and they designers will use their expertise as well to make certain decisions but we can not read her mind to see what she wants – she needs to provide input as well

    Told her I will talk to the team and see how to move forward.

    She called back again – wanted to know if the design is a template – assured her no – she said that the design is very similar to what Jan sent and she feels limited – told her if she needs a new concept and does not like what she has… TELL the designers so we can modify it to her liking

    I asked her to be patient with Jessica as we have JUST switched designers and she needs time to modify the draft to her liking

    I spoke to Justin and Jessica regarding your account and found a few solutions to move forward speedily. I would also like to take the time out to apologize for any shortcomings on our end to smoothen the process for you. Our goal is the actual opposite of what's occurred. To move towards the solution, here's what I proposed (both Jessica and Justin has agreed).

    PROCESS ADJUSTMENTS

    Instead of waiting to figure what you're thinking, when we send drafts, we will include different versions for you to look at and pick which parts you like (and to compare them). This way it's not a matter of us asking 'what it is that you like.' To provide an analogy, the process would be more of a multiple choice test rather than long written answers. With that being said, please note that concepts sent you are not final and can be adjusted at any time. We can even start over!

    WHAT'S NEXT

    On the design, Jessica and I have discussed what could be the issue, and are working on different header photos/layouts. We will also send different design concepts at the same time to put a refresher on your notes.

    Timeline - We are prioritizing your account, however, it does take time to draw up concepts/drafts/revisions/etc. Please allow the normal 1-3 business days for the next set of revisions. You've spoken to Jessica yesterday, please expect additional concepts and options tomorrow.
