Dr walked in to our office wanting to learn more about what we do. Found us online organically and decided to come in.

His site is over 10 years old and is very out-dated. Needs help. Current site is managed by “ipower” paying only $20/year to host. Doesn’t do any updates or haven’t done any ever since, doesn’t even know how to contact them.

Dr was in my office standing looking at my computer while i do a presentation. Showed him some optometry sites. Gave him overview of what we do vs others when it came to QPS.

dr currently at bottom of 1st page for “costa mesa optometrist”. Told dr that this is good and what’s important now is to get a new site develop to brand him and optimized to move up in about 1-2 months. If SEO is needed, it is $250/m (dr does know a bit cause he recently was reading about it). His site is lacking content which we will write to optimize it along with the unique design. Liked a lot of our optometry client’s site that i showed him.

Quoted him the Gold pricing and told him to avoid template or custom companies because he has a great chance of moving up higher on page 1 and going with them will defeat the purpose.

Dr didn’t know much about hosting except $20/year he’s paying. Told him we are month to month and what it comes with which is a lot and minimal pricing. Worst case scenario he can host on his own at $20/year.

Got dr’s email and gave him my business card. Will stay in touch.
