Spoke to Dr. Saesim. He was apologetic for being unresponsive with Jan. He stated that he was considering having his friend develop the site for him and have us do the marketing which i said no and explained to him the many reasons why and the disadvantages of that. Dr is very nice and just undecisive and needs guidance.

Told dr that i have done a lot for him as far as installments 2 to 6 because he is local and that its a new practice with a lot of overhead cost and that i can no longer continue without initial installment.

Dr found a site that he liked and was not sure if we are “confident” in doing a similar one. I told him its not about us being confident cause we are but he should be asking if we are “capable” which i asserted we are as long as it is communicated with us which he did not by just cutting off the communication from Jan’s multiple followups and his unresponsiveness. I pointed out to him it seems he changes his mind a lot and it will happen but he has to understand the reason for our process and that there will be extra charges in the future if 2 or 3 months after the site is develop he comes across another site he saw bc it seems like he will. He will have to settle down on one and stick with it cause it will be his branding. He agrees and understands and appreciates all that we have done to accommodate him.

soirvine.com was what he liked . He told me what i thought about it. I told him its nice but there are pros/cons which I had pointed out to him how this one, you have to scroll vs the traditional menu that is clicked on to different pages. Told him not all would know to scroll. It is cool and different but you will lose certain features. He agreed to what I had pointed out which he never thought about.

Dr. Saesim understands that in order to start, he will need to provide payment. Dr will think it over and get back to me by next week.

Are you able to make something similar? I like how pictures are large and we can scroll down easily to see the next section. Its like each section has a short message. I think they used wordpress templates or something like that. Thanks”

“I really like the winspear website you sent me. Something along that line would be really nice! But if we could be able to scroll down to the next section with similar style (large picture, and some simple text). Such as, the first pic and page could be of my lobby (similar to winspear first page). Then when you scroll down, the next image could be of me and a little short bio about me. Then as you scroll down again, the next section could be about the cleanliness of the office (and have a pic of one of the operatories) or something along that line. Thanks Jan! “I have attached a few more photos to kind of show you the style I am trying to get after. I want to have a a quick summary below the main page on topics I feel my patients are seeking in a dental office. I want a very clean and minimalistic feel to the website, but also I would like your input on the “necessary” things you feel would be need for an effective website. I understand that you guys have been in the industry for some time now and know what “works”. There is a site that I really like and am actually modeling my interior design after their company. The website is http://www.kit.coffee/. I want my overall brand to match, from the design to the website, to the logo etc. Hopefully these pics help and you can come up with something that would work. got a missed call from Dr. Called back. Dr asked about the Gold Package vs the Platinum again. Dr thinking about going with the Gold and then add featuers later on since his practice is not opening until March.

dr has a logo being worked on but not finalized, asked how that works. Told drwe just need a visual of it and once finalized, we’ll get the correct file format. Also wants design to have big image of the practice (office waiting area or building)… told him we can put a stock in the meantime until he has it professionally taken, dr liked that idea. Site will also have “coming soon”… – Dr will go ahead and start vs waiting to expedite so he can get site indexed. Dr wants to do concept first and pay 1st once approved. Ok’d for dr vs delaying. resent to order online to put “cc provided over phoen”

Dr was interested but was concern that there are risks involved since his practice may not open until Mar 2017.

Asked if intiial can be broken up more which we came to 6 installments of $999.

Dr is just concern if he can’t secure the location or if he gets injured in the meantime, basically the whatifs.

Told dr its good to get site up asap to start building history, does not need address/ph yet if he has no location cause that can be implemented anytime in the future.

Discussed possibly going with Gold and adding other features later on if needed. He does have a logo done by someone but not too fond. We can use that to work around on the Gold.

Dr potentiall will go with Gold for now and add plat features as he’s closer to practice opening.

Dr was appreciative of all the info and will get back to me. Very nice.

Suggest to go with alternatives. Told him i wouldn’t wait for it to expire in 2 days bc based on the whois (see attached), he has been renewing it since 2015.

Called, extremely nice dr. Opening a brand new practice in Santa Ana. Still finalizing/securing the location. He lives in Costa Mesa. mentioned that we are down the street.

Dr had a logo started but not to fond of it, prob needs a logo for branding. Gave him an overview of what we do as far as QPS and to avoid others that do templates and custom design. Dr seem to want to avoid templates.

Went over PPC which I recommended, dr mentioned the office he was at, the landing page was not their site but some company. Told him that is indirect and that they are marketing themselves and their competitors. Assured his will go directly to his site.

With SEO, started discussing it and pointed out to him to avoid other selling this and why. for him, its brand new, to get immediate traffic to focus on the PPC. Dr understands. Was in process of going over with him the factors, he had to go see a patient but definitely wanted to continue. He asked me to email him.

Told him i’ll email him the Platinum which I recommend. Then reconnect on stage 2 once site is launched which is the PPC.

Also, was helping dr on GoDaddy regarding the domain registration. The one he wanted is chromedental.com but it is reselling for $2,400 (min offer). Did WHOIS and saw it will expire in 2 days and that he can be on the lookout if they release it in 30 days (grace). But in meantime, at least secure the .net.
Sent proposal along with pointers and examples. Very hot lead.
