I have implemented some updates and am currently addressing the remainder of the requests.

Below are some of the items I have addressed from your previous email.

1. Under the picture Foot & Ankle Reconstruction Surgery the description is about foot and ankle trauma….2 different things. Do you have a description of foot and ankle reconstructive surgery you can put in the description?

2. Under Total Ankle Joint replacements you will see “Ankle Pain” but no descriptors of what ankle joint replacement is or why it is done etc etc. Regarding the content for items 1 and 2. We do not have content for some procedures (almost every practice has a different approach on common procedures), but our content is available for you to edit/refine. The reason we don’t complete comprehensive list of important medical content for you is the liability that it puts on you. The copywriters are not doctors, so, at times it is possible that they may write content and give instructions which may not be a good advice in some cases. We encourage content to be written by the doctor and his/her staff as it has a significant, positive effect because it is real. You don’t need to know how to be perfect in grammar, we suggest to just write down what you would verbally tell a patient in a visit. Perhaps you can reference the format of soe of the current content and provide me with a text document to input for the previously mentioned procedures?

3. Under Bunion, Hammertoes and Heel pain you will see only a description of bunions. What happened to hammertoes and heel pain? I have updated the page so that it includes Heel Pain and Hammertoe as well.

4.Welcome to: needs to be Lakeridge & Stafford Foot and Ankle Centers. Looking for a podiatrist in Lakeridge or Stafford Virginia….. I have updated this.

5. Take “an” office tour NOT “a” and when you click on Take a office tour it goes to nothing why? I have updated the text and button link.

6. Our videos has nothing in it . I guess I need to produce something? My understanding was that your company was putting together a one minute still picture video describing the offices and the doctors. Like 20 pictures for a 2 minute video. Looks like it was never accomplished? Was supposed to be a voice over descriptor?? This image slider was put together with the images you had provided and is located on the “Our offices” page. But yes we do not do video editing/production of videos. The best results for this would be a third party service

7. We have to change the “schedule and appointment” at the bottom because we are so busy we cannot have patients make their own appointments on line. Change it to “CALL FOR AN APPOINTMENT” and give each office location and phone number. I am addressing this.

8. Need to delete “send a message” because we don’t have a way to check this hourly which is probably necessary with this? This will be removed along with the form and replaced with the elements stated in item #7.
