Dr called back within 5 mins of my message left at the office. Very nice.

Told dr regarding the ph # issue when i tried callling back this morning. Dr stated he was aware and it was down for 3 hours cause of issue with phone company.

Dr recently got bought out by another dr (female) located near him. She has her own website but has poor ranking vs his which has good ranking.

His domain is under his name. Advise to him to register a new domain name under her umbrella, then do 301 redirect from his current domain to the new one to preserve the history for that new dr’s branding. That new owner will then or can have hers redirected to the main one as well. That is the plan and my suggestion which made sense to him.

Asked about cleaning up directories. Advised to him how to go about doing that vs signing up with companies who supposedly does it. Dr agrees that he can do it himself and understands that he will have to verify it with each of those respective sites. Told him to focus on the main directories that shows up on Google when googling his name such as Yelp, G+, Demandforce, healthgrades etc.

Will send dr info to review with the other dr. Very nice. OVerall, it will come down to the other dr (new owner). Dr had to go see a patient so he gave me his email address to send him proposal and information.

Called office #, it finally went through. LM with front cause dr was with a patient. She seem aware of my call.

dr called this morning, i was on another line. Belinda took message.

Called dr back but phone # he gave had an issue. Called the office # on caller id which is hte office, same issue.
