From Paul:
“Hi Jessica,
This is Paul from Dr. Sibley’s office, I will be taking over for Terrin.
I went over these site design samples, here is his feedback:
1. He likes the dark background of the Kollmorgen site, the way the colors varies in intensity, and how it can blend smoothly with the images. He also liked how the red and yellow colors (in the skeleton) stands out in contrast with that dark background. There was a “good color and design balance” in this site.
2. Similar to the previous comment, he liked the dark background and the way the colors contrasted in the home page(staff background picture) of Khavkin Clinic site. He doesn’t necessarily want to use these colors, but just liked the contrasting dark colors.
3. He is interested in utilizing a photo that I attached as a possible home page background photo.
4. In the Kollmorgen site, there is a picture of a women reviewing an x-ray of a hip. Dr. Sibley would like to utilize a picture like that, but the x-ray (or MRI) being that of the lumbar spine.
5. In the Kollmorgen site, in the location section, he liked the google map that showed the clinic location, but would also like step by step directions below that as to how to get there from various locations (the text of which we could provide). Again here, he liked the contrast of that white map vs. the dark background.
6. He liked the separateness of the “Make an Appointment” button at the top of the Corona Foot and Ankle Group site and how that stands out.
7. Some tabs/pages he would like are: Home, About Us, Testimonials (possibly having subdivisions for patient testimonials and physician testimonials), New Patients, Make an Appointment (as discussed in #5), and Contact (google map, address, step-by-step directions, phone/fax).
8. In regards to the tabs/pages, is there a limit to how many we can have? He had a lot of ideas for different tabs and was wondering if it is possible to add them as the site is being developed or after the site is live. For example, once the site is live and has a row of tabs on the top page, is it possible to add a second row of tabs just below it for other tabs he may want to add?
This is the feedback he has for now, I will let you know if we have more later. Please let me know what you think and feel free to send us other examples of site designs. I will be in the office today until 3pm and next week on Tues, Thurs, and Fri.
Also, may I get an update on the logo? I did not have a chance to speak with Terrin about that.

Sibley Spine Center”
I have reached out to Paul to discuss the feedback over the phone. I want to make sure we are producing website designs and logos that Dr. Sibley would like.
Talked to Paul about the project. He asked to follow-up in about a month.
