I am trying to link my website to my Facebook page but it looks like thins. Not sure why it comes up this way but how can I get the picture on my website and so it doesn’t say just another optimize 360 site? Thanks.

Tell him the best we could do it to charge him a one time fee of $99 and that is a courtesy one time fee that is heavily discounted. He needs to understand that SSL comes in different shape or form and what he is asking is like taking your own drink to a restaurant. We only do this one time and there is no other way. He has not paid for ownership either.

What he has bought is a low grade wholesale SSL that has no value without installation. He bought a yourself package and wants us to do the work for him.

I am disappointed with the charges I will accrue if I were to upgrade my site to be secured with an SSL. I am talking with another person that will take over the site and put an ssl for a much more affordable amount. What do I need to do to make that happen?

We received your email regarding SSL. I had spoke to Bryan regarding the SSL on 12/6. After looking further into your account and the settings of your site on the backend, we are able to offer the option for you to find your own SSL from a different company. We would only charge a one time fee of $249 to install the SSL. You would need to manage the SSL yourself with the SSL provider. Please let us know if this would be an option. Thank you.

Would it be possible for me to contact him and I can go over the technical details with SSL and your site? Just want to clarify installing SSL. Where the site is hosted is normally where the SSL needs to be installed.

1. Yes, we can make that work. We will need to contact that company to get install files and more information.
2. Monthly with us will remain the same. There will only be a one time fee of $249 for us to install the SSL on the site. All SSL renewals are with the UCC SSL company.

Dr. Miles:
Ok. So I won’t be charged $250 every year for the renewal? Just the first install?
Well. I have someone that is willing to install that SSL for free if I switch over to him hosting the site, so I think I may just go with him. Unless you are able to wipe out the install fee for the SSL.

The package you purchased with us did not include ownership, meaning that you would not own the design and unable to move to another host. The best that we can do for you is to reduce the one time fee to $99. This is a heavily discounted rate we are offering to you. SSL comes in all different types. We are not familiar with the company UCC you are using for SSL and this is the reason for installation fees. We need to make sure what they have works with our websites.

Bridget is a second-generation Alaska, born in Anchorage and raised in the Matsu Valley and the Kenai Peninsula. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene at University of Alaska, Anchorage. Bridget volunteers at the Alaska Mission of Mercy. She has two daughters, both in Junior High School, who keep her busy, along with their two dogs and two cats. They love camping; in the summer of 2017 they drove the AlCan in an RV from California. Nicole is one of our Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) and brings a constant
positive presence to our office . She was born in Sitka, Alaska and raised on a commercial fishing boat. At 18 she moved to Anchorage where she worked in the construction industry for seven years before pursuing her passion helping people as a RDH.

Nicole graduated from Carrington College in Boise, Idaho with a degree in Dental Hygiene and has been part of our dental team since July 2016. 1) Implants:
why it is important to replace missing teeth, i.e. it preserves bone, it prevents other teeth to moving into the missing space, provides the function of the tooth/teeth that are lost, better than bridges because we don’t have to drill on adjacent teeth. Please talk about how they can support single teeth, a bridge, an overdenture or a fixed (all on 4) hybrid denture. Talk about how we have 3d treatment planning software to put the implant in the right place, and we can go over it before the surgery even happens.

2) Sedation:
3 different types offered in the office, nitrous, oral and IV sedation. Talk about how you can receive treatment and not remember anything about the procedure. We have different options based on your budget and anxiety level.

3) Clear Braces:
I will most likely doing clear correct to begin with. Talk about if they would be a good candidate. Why having straight teeth and aligned is important, i.e. occlusion, prevent breaking teeth, prevent super eruption, and of course all of the psychological benefits of having straight teeth.

4) Wisdom teeth:
Why they are important for them to be removed, even if they are erupted, but especially impacted ones, how we can do them in the office with sedation and with the benefit of a 3d xray. When is it the best time to have them removed? – sooner the better, easier healing, teeth aren’t fully developed, etc.

5) Preventative Care:
the benefits of coming and getting your teeth checked and cleaned regularly, at least once a year but preferably every year. i.e. for teeth, it is a lot less expensive and less invasive to treat a tooth when the problem is small. when you are feeling symptoms a lot of time it is too late and will require more invasive treatment, i.e. root canals and crowns, extractions, etc. Then for the hygiene importance that we make sure that we prevent any periodontitis from forming. And most importantly that we do oral cancer screenings frequently for all ages because problems arise at all ages, not just the older population. (they found a tumor in my jaw myself at age 21). If you have insurance the entire visit is pretty much covered anyway twice a year!!

Only 2 minor comments:
1-the height of the map section could be narrower. Maybe same size as the blue Dr. Todd Miles and photo two sections up, but no taller.
2-the footer is really thick too. Tighten that up a little more.

Other than that, it’s looking good. I do have one question on the functionality of the website. Is this essentially a one page website? and the navigation at the top, when clicked on, automatically directs the user to that section on the homepage?”

We can definitely increase the height of the map and decrease the height of the footer like you said. This can all be done in the development phase as well.

To answer your question about the one-page functionality, this is definitely possible. Were you planning on having any other inner pages or just one page?

Let me know if you would like to move forward with development if there are no further changes to the colors or layout. Development takes roughly 1-2 weeks and I think we are pretty good to go :)”

-Google map: once the website is developed, we can figure out the color settings of the interactive map.

-The only available images I could use for Delaney Park were in the winter time. You are more than welcome to send me any images you have of that park and I can always change it for you. (The main image does not have to be black and white also. Easy fix!)
-The testimonials section can scroll through different excerpts and patient images if needed.
-I removed some shapes and reformatted certain sections to make the layout more simple and breathable.
-The new colors definitely give it a more friendly, comfortable feel!

Hey Belinda, Attached are some insights from our graphic designer. I had similar thoughts. I do like the colors, the only other things I would like to mention is the idea of having a modern design of a cover page with the park in the background, but in the summer, not the winter. I can take a photo if you’d like. Similar with what you have with the icons over that image. I feel like every dentist website has a person on the front that is smiling. And they may get the idea that that is me. I dont like that as much. We will have social media link but I dont want those to be the focus on the front page either. I hope to have a gallery of smiles as well when I have a decent collection. I hope this all makes sense. Great first draft!!
