Add these 2 hygienists below Dr. Miles – photos attached (please crop photos so they fit nicely in the space):
Bridget, Dental Hygienist
Bridget is a second-generation Alaska, born in Anchorage and raised in the Matsu Valley and the Kenai Peninsula. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene at University of Alaska, Anchorage. Bridget volunteers at the Alaska Mission of Mercy. She has two daughters, both in Junior High School, who keep her busy, along with their two dogs and two cats. They love camping; in the summer of 2017 they drove the AlCan in an RV from California. When winter comes, they enjoy attending and hosting social gatherings, as well as walking the dogs, baking and sewing.
She loves her job as a dental Hygienist! It gives her satisfaction to help maintain or regain patients’ oral health, while getting the opportunity to meet many interesting people, strike up friendships and share experiences.
Nicole, Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Nicole is one of our Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) and brings a constant
positive presence to our office . She was born in Sitka, Alaska and raised on a commercial fishing boat. At 18 she moved to Anchorage where she worked in the construction industry for seven years before pursuing her passion helping people as a RDH.
Nicole graduated from Carrington College in Boise, Idaho with a degree in Dental Hygiene and has been part of our dental team since July 2016. She is also a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association. Nicole completes numerous hours of continuing education courses every year with a focus on dental sensitivity. She does a great job executing the specific care each individual patient needs and wants, while being gentle and extremely thorough.
Nicole spends her free time with her husband enjoying everything Alaska has to offer including paddle boarding, running, biking, and riding snow machines. They also share a love of traveling and a rescue pup named Wiggles.
