To answer your questions:

1. Custom content: we will provide content and merge with what you have on your current site. You have the option to create additional 5 pages if you’d like. I would wait until you see what we’ve put together and decide on those topics when ready.

2. Appointments: Patients would be able to go to your website and fill out the form there. Your staff members, however, would have to confirm the appointment date and time. And maybe log it into your calendar.
3. Mission Statement: similarly to #1, we’ll take what we have and if its sufficient, we’ll use that. If not, we’ll compose additional content.

If you have any major changes to the design, please let us know. Other than that, your design has been submitted to our development team. This process will take about 1-2 weeks and if you have any content material, please send them my way. This includes photos, biographies, forms and anything you’d like to mention onto the site. You’ll get more opportunities to review the site and make additional changes as well.

The patient pictures need to be more diverse. The majority of our patients are black and Hispanic so we would prefer more of that demographic.

Spoke to Kevin. Spent over an hour talking to him regarding the marketing. he is helping them with the marketing and been doing a lot of research. Saw us previous before back then and again now. Talked to Conversion Whale and Marketing360 which he had narrowed down to.

Pointed out to him what we do vs them and to avoid. Told him that he is doing it wrong and to focus on the Website first, then the Marketing cause their approach with Marketing and free website is not effective. He may get the traffic the conversion rate is low. Marketing360 does require 6 month contract with packages that range from $1k to $2k.

Conversion Whale has no contract but saw some negative reviews on Yelp which they said its because Yelp filted the posittive ones (excuses).

He is not somewhat reconsidering and taking my advice to focus on web makeover cause it is outdated from 1800dentist.

Recommended to do makeover and PPC mgmt ($199/m flat). Then let SEO kick in because new content would help for Clinton, MD which is not competitive.

Showed him our client in Bethesda that has #1 organic ranking.

Discussed Facebook as well which i gave him perspective on how to utilize it which he wants to manage himself cause he knows it takes only a few minutes. He liked a lot of my suggestion and approach to it.

At this point, its a lot to absorb and he may have to reconsider everything and pursuade the dr.

Will send him proposal and examples and screenshot of our clients on 1st page.

Called, spoke to Kevin while on his lunch break. Told him i can call him back but he said it was fine. Very nice. Its for his wife.

More focused on marketing, currently not doing anything. Was talking to Marketing 360 which requires 6 month contract. He brought this up after i pointed out to him to stay away from contracts after goign over with him the diff bt SEO and PPC. He’s heard of pPC.

Pointed out to him that for the marketing, this should be next step after revamping his site which is very out-dated. It is with 1800dentist which he recently cancelled. Site is templated with no servcice page for content which is affecting SEO. Gave him overview of PPC to do vs SEO.

Kevin had to get back to office but def wants to reconnect when he gets back. He is now open to makeover i believe. Need to go over teh advantages of Makeover which will help with SEO. Will show him Dr. Gillespie who is in Bethesday that has good organic ranking (#1)
