Toiya, Dr. Penski & Dr. Ashar was there. Dr Penski had a lot of questions (dr ashar was just listening).
Gave an overview of everything again as far as QPS.
Question about monthly fees and limitations of the design process along with time line. Seems to know about limitations which other companies have addressed and dr was also aware when i pointed it out (# of concept, design hours, and future support).
Dr changing practice name so will be getting new domain which i had explained how it works and what we will do technically to preserve the history.
Dr knows area is competitive so SEO is difficult but understands that this will help a lot for current traffic since their site is over 10 years old and that this will give them a bump in SEO.
Dr asked about the initial fee which is a lot and will need to absorb all the info today and discuss with team. I told dr that we can do 4 installments at the most which will ease up the intiial upfront cost.
Went over the next step in design process which dr knows how streamline everything is.
Sent updated contract to toiya along with new examples to review.

Toiya called in. EXTREMELY nice and friendly. Just joined the practice as a manager. Wanted to modernize the site. Practice is very successful and is mostly from word of mouth. Knows that there are a lot of opportunity out there that is left on the table from online. I had pointed this out to her and she agrees.
Also told her they are in a very saturated area so branding is very important even if you have good exposure (which they also don’t). Site is not responsive. It is “aspx”, extremely outdated
Went over design process and how we compare when it comes to QPS.
Pointed out to her to be aware of designs (templates and custom designs).
No social media at all. recently signed up with Demandforce which i poitned out we can integrate. Has logo already which they want to keep.
