Sent him a long response assuring him that we are aware to preserve all of our clients organic ranking by doing 301s. This is always our # 1 priority for redevelopment. Showed him a G+ review of 1 of our clients (see attached) that mentioned this concern and how we were able to preserve and increase his ranking after the development.

Also pointed out to him the other issue which I stated before is the visitor conversion and the issue he has with the current site. We can get him better visitor conversion.

Josh called back within 2 mins. Extremely nice.

Gave him the overall presentatation and how we diff from other companies. Hit some pointers that he was looking for which was to get better conversion rate. This is the issue he is having with the current company.

Does not need logo or social media. Social he is taking over from another company. Told him links are not correct in footer (fb) and that was the reason bc he changed the user. Also pointed out the G+ link which should go to the G Business Listing.

Went over the design process and it was what he liked which was unique.

Sent him the proposal and examples so he can review. hot lead.
