Thank you for that, we did see the eclipse! We are lucky enough to live near the “path of totality” so it was really cool to see it. I hope you got to see it as well!

We are still very interested in getting our website up and running as soon as we can! We are hoping to have a possible name and logo change finalized soon and in the meantime we apologize for the delay. We were not expecting this possibility when we hired a consultant, so we have been side-tracked regarding a few things. We hope to get back on track soon. Based off of your recent feedback, I have updated the design draft below. Please note the following:

-I added an “Appointments” button on the left side that will be on every page and follow you as you scroll.
-I added a section for association logos towards the bottom. We can change these logos out at any time 🙂
-I also changed out some of the featured services and their icons. This can also be changed at any time too.

Since we can change the text and images at any given time, would you like to approve of this design so we can begin developing your website? Development normally takes 1-2 weeks and during that time we can work on content. Looking forward to the next step!

My father and I had a chance to look at your design and we really liked it! We thought the colors and design fit our office very well. We really liked the layout and thought we might get your input on adding a few other elements.

-Book an appointment tap on main page as well as a few additional menu bar tabs
-Section of main page for membership icons
-Change a few service icons to better portray treatments available at our office
-Adding additional doctor to logo/bio.

Dr scheduled calendly with me today thought it was for design interview (confusion). I had called thought dr wanting to do f/u call before ordering. Dr also filled out questionnaire too prior.

Dr had his son on the phone call with me just now and it was tough to get both at the same time. Was able to work it out to do in in 1 hour cause rest of the week would not work based on their schedule.

Dr. David (dad) called, put me on brief hold to conference his son Dr. Bryan Otis in.

Both were very nice. Gave the presentation to Dr. Bryan again like i did for Dr. David earlier today.

He was impressed with our work which he noticed compared to other company where they are all unique and different.

had question about SEO which I told him we can do or PPC in teh future once site is launched but recommend launching, wait 30 days for the SEO part. His area is not competitive and was confident once site is reindexed, he should show but worst case scenario pay for it after if needed vs now. Was told by other company regarding the SEO. Dr liked the sincerity. Also asked about REP TRACKER that others are saying. Told him how it works and what should be done to obtain reviews. Also told him it will be a focal point on the site to get new patients to review and current ones to submit.

Advised dr to focus on the G+ listing which is prominent and that’s what he will focus on in the future to obtain from patients by having go to the site.

Dr asked how to get started. SEnt proposal to both again to fax or order online. Gave Preliminary Questionnnaire link as well. HOT and will 90% order.

Dr called back, can’t get his son on the phone but wanted to see if we can talk at 4pm EST. He has a meeting with someone soon but will try to get his son by then.

Dr hasn’t seen our site, his Son was the one that found us and liked our work.

Gave dr overview of what we do, dr has logo already. Suggested to go with Platinum which I had quoted him. Pointed out to dr what we do vs others when it came to design… especially with his current company which is Officite.

Gave him pointers on what we focus on as far as maximizing visitor conversion, design to brand him.

Dr had questions about content which we provide along with future support.

Told dr i’ll send him proposal and links to gallery along with examples of our work so he can get an idea.

Will talk to dr later on today around 4pm est. Dr will fwd the email to his son as well too once he gets it. I’ve asked for his email to cc but stated he doesn’t rem but will fwd to him.
