Called and LM on office #. Called Dr. Barres’ cell and was able to speak with her.
She explained a lot of her frustrations/concerns regarding both websites that seem to have sprouted from the very beginning…simple changes to the design that were not done, wrong contact info, misspelled doctor name, grammar errors, etc.
I offered to take over both websites as they were on the verge of canceling. She appreciated me reaching out to her and we came up with a plan moving forward.

My name is Desirae and I am a supervisor here at Optimized360. I spoke with Dr. Barres today to address her concerns & frustration regarding both websites. Again, I apologize for our mistakes and I will be taking over from here on out.
Here is the plan Dr. Barres and I discussed moving forward:
-I will be going through every page on both sites to make sure all contact info and spelling of the doctors’ names are correct.
-We will rewrite the bios for you once Dr. Barres can send me updated notes to include for each person.
–Once we rewrite the bios, I will personally check for any spelling/grammar errors and will send the articles to you for review before adding it to the website.
–In the meantime, we will add the old bios for now.
-I will be changing photos for http://transformyoursmile.com/ to reflect older patients.
