As far as creating a second website:

Usually, if we’d like to create a second website, there would be a separate charge for initial and maintenance. But because the site would be simple, without design, the initial fee would not apply. However, I would we would have to bill for the hosting fees at $79 (usually $99)

Yes…. i like the layout.

under the “specializing in” in the bottom third there are 3 icons that i am guessing will be clickable. I think i will likely need 6 or 7 of those there….but i am assuming that we will get more into those specifics after the overall graphic layout is decided upon.

well, i really like your graphic layout. and i like all the ivy.

i am going to attach a picture of a research laboratory in Woods Hole, MA, part of the oceanographic institute there (…much of the movie Jaws was filmed with Richard Dreyfuss’ character supposed to be a researcher there…..)…and this building has the traditional New England Ivy look that i was going for, and i think u got it sooooo much better than my prior graphic designer.

ok, lets move on to content as soon as u finish up whatever else remains of the overall layout.

i know i already said great to the layout, but can we make that top bar larger, the print for the name of the practice larger (to make it stand out more) and maybe a gold or deep blue background to try to make the name Ivy Spine & Orthopedics stand out even more.

on the next block down both Lisa and I think my pic should be prominently displayed, and there should also be space for my mid-level practitioners, my wife Lisa — a nurse practitioner, and i am in the works to hire 2 PAs at my current practice that i intend to pull over to my Ivy when i make the complete break away.

Lisa called back. Super nice. Inquiring for her husband. He is part of a group practice but this is for him primarily to target worksman comp and lawyers.

Wants to have site by Aug. Spoke to a few companies and thought they were non-organized and had bad reviews. liked how we have excellent reviews which is important to her.

Went over the design process and what we do vs others when it came to QPS. wanted ownership which is what others don’t offer cause it doesn’t make sense to her not to.

Has no need for social or other marketing for now. Has a logo being worked on but not too fond of it. Proposed the Gold with Logo. Looking to get a temp site setup cause they have some seminar to go to in a few weeks since it takes 5-6 weeks for actual site. Told her we can setup a temp site for her within a week after the design interview.

She scheduled a design interview for this Thur at 3:30 pm PST with her husband. Sent her ocntract to fax or electronically sign by tom along with the questionnaire to fill out.

Spoke to Lisa, was very nice. She was taking her boys to get a haircut and had asked to give me a call back. Took my # and stated she is looking forward to speaking to me shortly.
