Dr. Kulkarni called with Bill on the line. He’s frustrated that we’re not done with the site; that it’s taken 3+ months and still not launched. I told him during the design process, we had asked for feedback and followed up with no response from him/Shashvat until we ask several times. Even so, the responses are short.
Told him we can launch the site today but we are missing a few items (outlined in email – see below). We can continue to make changes in the future as well.
Requested new contact information as Shashvat has told us to contact different doctor, though the other doctor(s) do no respond. Seems like the offices is a bit scattered.

Hello Dr. Kulkarni/Bill,
Thank you for reaching out to us and voicing your concerns. We are here to move this process along the way and get the site launched; you have a beautiful design, I’m sure we all would like to showcase it.
Attached is the contract we have with the proper billing. I believe I have misquoted via telephone as you do have other products with us. You are not in a bind and are on a month-to-month contract with us.
Jessica’s last email from Shashvat included a list of images that we needed clarification on. We’ve placed them onto the site, but in the past, Shashvat has mentioned that things are placed incorrectly even though there are no descriptions as to where to place them. Many of the emails that have transpired are similar to this. We’re more than happy to take reigns on the project if you give us the approval. Prior to the photos, there were minor changes completed to the site based on Shavat’s feedback.

We can launch the site today (which I suggest) and still make changes moving forward. What we’ve done is copy the current site’s structure and added our content where we felt was lacking previously. This way you’ll have a fully functional site to start with. We also have additional content that can be replaced but again, we’re careful of what to change. Please let me know if you have outstanding questions, Jessica, Brent and I are on the same page and would like to keep the project moving forward.
