Basically she was filling out a cancellation form from her current web provider and she asked what it meant by domain transfer and what is “domain”. I told her basically they are asking if she will be transfering it out which is important cause it will not renew with them so we will need to transfer to our control. Also confirm with her what “domain” name is which is oswelgoildentist.com .
Anyhow, please call her and coordinate the transfer

I spoke with Karen at Officite. At this moment, till your cancellation is processed, we cannot adjust where the domain points due to Officite’s policies. One you cancellation is complete, Officite will send you cancellation completion notice. Please let us know when this occurs so that we can ask them to point your domain/URL to your new site with us.
Karen informed me that your emails are still hosted by their company and should be working till we transfer the domain. Right now your domain is locked and cannot be transferred to our account till September 12th. Around that time we can discuss transferring your domain and email set-up. Emails will need to be set-up on your end.

Dr. Baker provided the login credentials for enom.com but they did not work. I have asked to speak to her over the phone to discuss her emails as well.
I have reached out to Dr. Baker several times and have not received any responses. Her site is developed and we are just waiting to go live with her approval. We still need domain login credentials.
