Called, spoke to Dr. Bakir, dr apologized for the delay but the new practice taking up so much of his time. Dr stated that he will get a hold of me this week when he can find some time to discuss the project “hopefully” start.

Told simply tod dr that i can’t continue with Jan taking up his time to f/u like this so I ve decided to suspend the project and will wait to reconnect to start. Dr said ok and he will reach out to me this week.

I will put him on my calendar to touch base next week.

Called spoke to dr. Knew it was me. Was super nice as usual.

Talked to a few dental websites recently again. Was pursuaded to go with Great Dental Web or Local guy. Advised him again to avoid. Dr seems to doesn’t know much and easily sold. Was quoted less and even includes logo.

Reiterated again to dr to avoid those company and why. Dr is super nice and feels he’s going to regret what others are pushing him. Was told to pay $150/year for hosting with them which i explained.

Overall, had to offer dr to start design process with no credit card no obligation so he can see how the process goes and will be impressed.

Dr stated that may be a good idea cause he will be at the beach this weekend and can look it over but definitely wants me to continue to touch base with him. Sent updated proposal to fax back with no cc for now.

Spoke to Dr. – Extremely nice. was out with his kids in the playground but wanted to talk to me.

GP practice he bought. Talking to Great Dental Websites, local guy and us. Was recommended by DentalTown.

Advised him to stay away from Local guys. Pointed out to him what GDW does vs us when it came to QPS.

Asked about reviews, been talking to companies that claims this and that. Advised to dr how it works and my recommendation which is to avoid it cause it will be focused on the site we develop to guide new and existing patients to see and submit, respectively. He understands after telling him how others claim to him they can eliminate negative reviews.

Discussed SEO as well, advised for him to go with PPC (quoted around $300 – $500/m in the future).

Went over platinum as well but stated he doesn’t care too much about Logo but may be intersted in videos. Went with Gold to include Social setup so it is competitive cause he asked for discount.

He will review over the weekend and get back to me. Super nice. Call to f/u.
