Called Dr. McCarthy, was transferred to him from his staff. Very nice.

Looking to switch from Officite due to cost that they kept on wanting to charge add’l. knows its template. Doing preliminary research right now to get a feel of what’s out there and what to look for when comparing.

I had pointed out to him how competitive we are when it came to QPS to compare when researching.

He has a logo already and does not want social or any other features. Looking for something economical.

Quoted him the Gold package which was out of his budget. I backed up and quoted him after a few rounds of discussion to figure out his budget. Got it to $2k but removed Ownership which I justified to him how he doesn’t need it unless he decides to add it in the future. He seems to liked that better.

he pointed out he liked 2 of the examples I showed him in my initial email. told him that that’s the point of our design process and initiial interview.

Dr is really nice but iffy, it will come down to the pricing at this point. Touch base with him in a few days. he’s responsive via email so far
