Hello Melissa & Adam,
Based off of our last discussion, I have compiled two design drafts for your review. Please take a moment to review these concepts and let me know of any changes you would like to see. Additionally, we want to focus on the layout and colors of the design, as the text and images can be changed at any given time.

Adam followed up via email and likes Design Draft #3.2 the most, please continue from this draft.

Design #3.2 is a big step in the right direction.

Kindly note that Melissa will be selecting a different set of images from our gallery as we are not too fond of the images used now that we see how it looks like the other areas of the site.

Revisions

01.) Please make the CTA button at the top-right the deeper purple (Refer to the Logo for reference).
02.) Please change “Meet the Doctor” to “Meet Melissa”
03.) Please add the Instagram and Facebook icons in the header to the right of “Contact.”
04.) For the the Featured Services, please change the “drop” shape of each divider to a circle.
05.) Reduce the white space below the four “procedure” blocks that comes before the opt-in form.
06.) Please ensure the CTA in the “Online Appointment Scheduling” area is also the same deep purple as above
07.) For the phone number above the Map, please use the Brandon Grotesque font.
08.) For the Coupon section, please use the Brandon Grotesque font and make the CTA button the same deep purple as above.

Layout

The current layout works but please adjust the following down below.

– Reduce the amount of empty / white space between sections. Using a photo faded for the background of various sections may be an ideal way to accomplish this. I have also attached a “marble” finish that could work quite well for a section background.
– In the “treatment selection” area, please ensure each photo is larger and there is less white space
– Please remove rounded edges from all buttons and calls to action.
– Using bold, large titles for each section may also be an excellent way to help distinguish each section and reduce white space.
– Change Kybella to Belkyra.
– Please adjust the coupon to read “$100 Giftcard Towards Your First Treatment!”. An image to accompany this coupon is also in the stock photos folder.

Spoke with Adam and jotted a few notes down below for reference.

– Adam will be the new POC in regards to the design and potentially onwards.
– Adam stated that Melissa provided FULL REIGN to him for the most part.
– Adam will send a compiled list of revisions in a separate email by the end of Monday.
– Adam inquired if the design itself or all of our designs are based off of templates. I informed that each design is tailored to the clients specific wants / needs.

Canadian Cosmetic Clinic shall be under Jan’s list as of today. Please provide an update to Melissa regarding the transition.

Please revise the modified version of the design with a new color palette – monochromatic with shades of purple. Probably something like this: http://www.color-hex.com/palettes/6777.png

I’ve attached a screenshot of the latest modified version.

The client likes the original design, but:

+ She wants the pink removed and changed to a different shade of purple
+ She wants the shades of purple to be brighter – closer to Lavender (#E6E6FA)
+ She wants the gray areas to be brighter

+ “Skin Care – Melissa Gagnon” text removed from the header
+ add a “Promotions” section
+ add a “Gallery” section
