We looked into setting up this HTML page with the WordPress site and unfortunately, they will not work well together. HTML is based on old technology and will function separately from a WordPress site.

We have two recommendations:

1. Host this page somewhere else and we can link it off of Huseni’s site.

2. We can custom create a WordPress page identical to the HTML page. This would be an extra coding charge of $199 since it’s a custom page.

The following is a general outline of what you can expect during your emergency visit:

Dr. Saboowala will listen to you carefully and conduct an examination that is focused on the immediate problem in order to assess the status of your emergency.
X-rays are frequently taken to view the tooth (or teeth) and roots.
Dr. Saboowala will prescribe medication to alleviate severe pain.

Tips for Dental Emergencies

Here are some tips for common dental emergencies:

• If an object is stuck in the mouth, attempt to remove it gently with floss, but never use sharp or pointed instruments to try to remove it.
• If a permanent tooth is knocked out, keep it moist at all times. If you can, try to place the tooth back in the socket without touching the root. If that’s not possible, place it between your cheek and gums, in milk, or use a tooth preservation product that has the ADA Seal of Acceptance. Be sure to get to your dentist’s office immediately.
• If you bite your lip or tongue, gently clean the area with water and apply a cold compress.
• For a cracked tooth, immediately rinse the mouth with warm water to clean the area. Apply cold compresses to the face to minimize swelling.
• If you have a toothache, clean your mouth by rinsing with warm water. Gently use dental floss to remove any food caught between the teeth. Do not place aspirin on the aching tooth or gum tissues.

The page looks quite good now. One feedback is that the form looks little complex/uninviting. I think we should not have text outside (above or below) the box. Just inside. So for the two fields for phone, lets make it a single field which says PHONE inside, and Appointment date would be another field which says “DATE” instead of dd-mm-yyyy.

Only exception would be the small font text you have for Preferred Appt Date and for Protected Health Info…those are like fine prints and can stay.

I noticed that the Patient Information menu is no longer clickable now (we can only click on the Promotions sub menu).
On the page we need following changes:
1. After the “This offer is valid…”, add another sentence “Limited spots available.”
2. Is it possible to include ready made text in the msg box “Yes, I’m interested in finding out more about the free In-Office whitening offer!”
