1. The website is super slow for some reason… I dont understand why we are having so many issues

Hi Arthur,

The work on your website is completed. Server speed and logo design is not part of the web design package. Please contact your web host and logo designer to fix the issues with their work. Your website had no speed problems on our servers. Slow speed is one of the characteristics of cheap hosting services.

We do not offer web services outside of our system. Your website is moved to your host of choice and your project is completed. Even though the monthly payment is not paid since July we kept hosting the website.

At this point your web design project is completed and no other work will be provided without new orders or payment for services.

Maintaining a website requires a knowledgeable IT person. We recommend you hire one. Please note that I am not able or authorized to make any further changes to your site. If you have any questions or concerns please directly contact our CEO Dr. Fahimi using the email below.

Arthur wants to move site to justhost. Does not want to stay with us because he thinks we will have backlinks?? Offered him to pay us same price as justhost if he stayed with us – he did not want to.

Requesting correct login for justhost from Arthur. Dr. F approved to move site for him.

Requested Arthur to email written statement to officially cancel. He says he will do so after site is moved.

Arthur wants us to move his site to justhost since he thinks it’s our job and included in his original design fee. He’s threatening to get a refund for $4500.

Explained our monthly $99, what it covers. He says it’s too high and he can host elsewhere and take care of edits and manage his site by himself. I said we can give him the files but he wants us to move files for him/do all the work.

Jason was original person we worked with since July 2017. He was fired because he couldn’t get the site set up on their end. Now Arthur is expecting us to do the work for him.

Told him I will get back to him and see what we can do. Dr. F is looking into a solution.

Jason called and had a few questions regarding hosting and building a WP site. I advised that it is just more than “building” the website itself, it will also need to be hosted on a server. Since we sent the website files, I told him they need to put in on their server. He asked if we could essentially “manage” (make edits) to the new site if we had the new login info, and I told him we could but that would be another cost. I also explained the pros of hosting the website with us compared to elsewhere.

I’m sending him the original proposal so he can show the doctor.

Jason called in – is wondering why he was charged the second half of the initial fee – told him that our payment schedule has ALWAYS been the same and I will be more than happy to send him the proposal for him to view – 1st payment to start last half in 30 Days and monthly starts then – he said that he only opted in for the $20/m (videos) – told him that I would need a confirmation email that he is cancelling and wants to maintain the website on his own – he was upset and said that we talked about this – i told him that just like utility services for a house or any type of business that provides a service – they need to call in or email to cancel the service – we did not want to “argue” any further and he just simply asked for $79/m to be refunded
