Spoke with Jeff from Register.com – he was able to change IP address to point to ours based on the ticket number in the email Lisa had sent me – [tkt:13554763] ftp – as the credentials provided in her initial email she forwarded were for a website building software they had. – website should be working now.

I am working with Lisa in making a new website we created for them (athensendodontics.com) go live and she had directed me to you in order to do so. (I believe you manage their other website as well, hamiltonmillendo.com)

Lisa was didnt realize that the link sent to her was a temporary domain – would like to make the site live as soon as possible. She left contact information for their IT (below)
Dr. Didato had sent email that he wanted to go live the first week of August (cc’ed in email to justin and Belinda)

Spoke with Lisa over the phone, she noted Dr. Didato may or may not have looked over the site but hes been very busy, said she will mention it again to him. Stated that she believes much of the info in various pages will be similar if not the same to everything in hamiltonmillendo. She provided the fax # for athens endo (recorded in cp) Also mentioned that may remove Dr. Fry from athens site as he prob wont be frequenting the new site very often. – Also stated that their open date wont be until sometime in mid/late september – will notify me once she has gone over website with Dr. Didato.

sent f/u email to lisa – also called – no option to leave message. Will call again later in the day.

Spoke with Lisa over the Phone, said she had issue of getting cut off when calling us. Also said that she did receive my email regarding that her website was ready for review and that she and Dr. Didato will be looking over it soon to suggest edits, if any.

They havent moved into the location of their practice yet. Cant update google maps in Contact page or create social media accounts until they google listing of new practice location is confirmed. Notify them that we can do this for them if theyd like.

Spoke with Lisa over the phone, She spoke with one of the doctors, Dr. Piu whos only request was to make the wording “The most trusted name in Root Canals” in the log darker (grey” so it stands out more. She said she will email me updated contact information as well as practice info to replace in the design. She also confirmed that I will be gone for the next week. Also stated that she will go over the site with Dr. Didato to see if he has any suggested edits.

Based on the notes from Justin (the Sales consultant in charge of the account) Dr. Didato had wanted a copy of the Hamilton website but matching the color scheme of the Athens Endodontics logo. Here is the design with the text updated to reflect “Athens Endodontics” as well as the updated color scheme. If I recall correctly, the Contact information, as well as Practice Address, were still being decided on?

Please let me know if this is indeed what Dr. Didato had wanted which, if it is, we can move forward to have it developed to have the same functionality as hamiltonmillendo.com.

Also, I wanted to let you know that I will not be in the office starting Friday 7/21 and won’t be back in until Monday 7/31. But, my manager Belinda will be here to help you with the project while I am away, should you decide to move forward with the project during the time that I am gone.

Spoke with Lisa who said she or doctor didnt receive Design Intro email. She provided brief information in regards to Athens Endodontics:

They dont have a location for Athens Endodontics yet, neither set contact information. They do own the domain name athensendodontics.

Lisa stated she wasnt familiar with the design preferences for the new website and that she will notify Dr. Didato. Also stated she will email me the Logo.

I am proceeding with populating the design with business/contact information from their current website. (Hamiltonmillendo)
