had a scheduled call with lindsey and siobhan. Lindsey was very technical asking many questions regarding hosting and feature/functions from the excel file (list of requirements). Went over most of the features and clarified with her the additional cost on some (additional page design, logo, stationary).
Also went over form submission which i told her Jotform will store securely where they can access. But if its forward to their email, contact form needs to be simple… they understand this.
Asked about Admin access to WP which they want. Seems like they will be doing all the work.

Hope you are well. I just got out of a review meeting, and we’d like to take some next steps in the proposal process with you. I neglected to mention that there was a second sheet in that Excel workbook – my manager would like you to fill that out. I know you are likely busy, but we’d like that back ASAP please.

On a personal note, I know that this is probably a lot more proposal work than you are used to, but we got very badly burnt by a previous agency. They promised us the moon, but couldn’t even go through the stratosphere, to be quite honest with you. Consequently, now we are being beyond thorough and asking for this level of granular detail so we don’t get into the same situation.
Anyway. Like I said, you guys are my first choice so I’m very eager to see the other half of the work sheet and bring it to my manager for the next round of meetings. Let me know your availability for a call this week/early next.

Has a lot of client so it will be like an affiliate. They buy and build practices in Canada. Handles marketing but looking for a company like ours to help them build the site to focus on marketing (visitor conversion) which is in-lined with what i presented.
Gave her overview of us vs others when it came to QPS. She stated she did notice many offering templates and “custom design” which i pointed out to her what it really was. Saw our work and liked it.
Asked if it was cheaper if they provided content which I told her its the same price. Gave her pointers on how our content are written with SEO purpose which she understood.
Asked about the $2,500 package which i told her we don’t advertise but it is to off-set template companies. She understood.
Quoted her Gold at CAD price. Sent her proposal and examples to review. Extremely nice.
