Spoke to Dr. – Shopping around for a site (non yet). Wanted to see if she should just do it herself depending on the cost. Also looking for logo. Stated she has a logo in mind that she saw from her son’s t-shirt. Asked if there are any issues with copying it. Told her our designer will let her know if there are nothing too distinct.

Went over the cost of the Silver at a discounted rate. Told her what it entails. She had colors in mind which I assured her we can customize based on those and after the interview with designer. Asked about content which we provide.

Was asking about marketing in the future if we recommend ZocDoc. Told her that ZocDoc is limited within their network vs Google where many people are looking. Went over PPC which she’s never heard. Asked about G+ Listing. Also went over how that works which she understands. Overall, she knows she is in a competitive area and 1st-page will take some time with G+ and in meantime to focus on PPC.

Gave her a competitive quote. Sent her email with info so she can review. Very nice and potentially will order if she doesn’t decide to do on her own or gotten a more competitive rate already from other companies
