Ortho referrals fill prescriptions for pediatrist. needs a website.
Started 1 yr ago… local guy..
Practice mgmt sftware— lots of documentations–fill in the forms online
works with pediatrist in the area. Has some specific requirements that he wants on his site… thinking he wants a “fill in the blank” form for patients to determine if they need to see a clinical doctor or if they need and over the counter type product. Wants to work efficiently and thinks he can utilize his website to do a better job for his patients educationally. Said is wking with the dept of vocational services and funded by them. Has a lot of rules he has to comply with for the entrepenuer grant money, and will need 3 quotes asked me for 3 competitors that will be “higher” than us so he can order this from us (?) .. Has approved a biz plan- most go through a committee to get approved , then will cut a check for the website. Asked about Hipaa forms and how a patient can fill out med forms prior to appt. wit him. Told him different add on. would like to streamline the process for his patients and thinks that is a better and more efficient way for — AGe groups initially — 65 and up— so its there children who are filling our most of this and would prefer it online . Asked about videos-thinks dont need that. Does not think the check are cut expeditiously and will prolly be in July at earliest that we would receive payment. Very nice guy–trusts that we know what we are doing and will be presenting Wed. for approval.
