1. You will receive an initial five concepts to start with. We can mix and match designs! At this point, try to focus on shapes and fonts rather than color.
2. Revisions: You will get approximately to 5 rounds of revisions. Let us know what suites you and what does not, don’t worry, we’ll try our best to get them as close as possible!
3. Approval: After the logo is approved, we’ll send you a set of files that can be used with any print shop or graphic designer. We’ll also add it to the website.

Great questions. Here are the answers to your question:

Our domain is with Enom. Are we able to keep our domain with them and have them point the site where it needs to go?
Enom is like GoDaddy. You will keep it there, does not need to transfer to us. You have full control over the domain where it is registered. When we are done with your website, we will put your website files on our SERVER and when you’re ready to go live, we will give you instructions to reconfigure the domain to point to our server reading our files. Basically, it is like you keeping the same cell phone # but just going from VERIZON to SPRINT. Hope that makes sense 🙂
Appointment alerts. How does this work? Any additional fees for this service?
– There are no additional fees. When patients fill out the Appointment Field (Name, phone, email, comment)… the information is captured and sent to you via email, text, & fax. This is a default feature.
Social media custom. What does that include?
– We will set up and brand your Facebook, Twitter, & Google Plus page so it is consistent with your website. Any updates/revisions to your website and Social is included which is unlimited. This is included in the monthly hosting/maintenance which is on a month to month basis (no contract).
Are we able to go in and add content at our convenience?
– Most definite. We work with only healthcare doctors and staff so we understand how busy you are. We are there at your convenience to do any future updates which is unlimited and on-demand. You will have full access to your website 24/7 via your member login credentials. It is very easy to use. You can rewrite verbiages, add pages, upload images, etc. Anything more technical or if you’re simply too busy… we can do it for you on-demand.
