Called dr within 2 mins of submission. Very nice. Thought it was quick.

Asked for his website which he was embarrassed. It was horrible. Group practice (Ophthalmology). Not looking for any marketing cause he mentioned they are doing great but needs a better looking website to reflect them better. Had asked what the process was with us as far as design.

Gave him overview of the design process along with diff bt us and others when it came to QPS.

Went over the Gold and Platinum (No Video).

Dr asked about hosting on his own in the future and if he were to come back. Told him it there is a reactivation fee which can range from $200 to $500 depending on how long & the complexity of the files based on the changes they’ve made in bt that time.

Dr was overall extremely nice… seems to be in early phase of research and need to discuss with his colleagues. Sent proposal along with examples. Very nice. call next week to f/u.
