Cynthia sent a question to Justin that I responded to. Here is a summary:
Hello Justin,
I did another report of my website. I know you said no website is perfect, but after speaking to people, they said there were a lot of red flags. I am attaching the report. The amount of backlinks are one of the red flags. They said whoever manages my SEO is responsible for this stuff. How do we fix these issues?
An attachment with white label SEO report was sent
Sorry, I accidently hit send before I finished the email.
This report also shows I don’t have any keywords on my website. Where are the keywords? Keywords for my services and surrounding cities? They mentioned this is very poor SEO. I don’t want to pay for poor SEO.

Hi Cynthia,
Justin and I will review the information and we will get back to you before the end of the day tomorrow. My goal is today.
But, one thing I need is the name of the tool that is used to run this report. There are a lot of companies who provide fabricated tests and/or tools that they have developed themselves just to be able to sell their services.
These tools have to be tested before any claims are taken seriously. At the first look some of these claims don’t make sense. But, I don’t want to prejudge it until we know the source.
Please let me know at your earliest convenience.
Regards

Okay, I will see if they will give me the tool name. I figured that some things could be fabricated to try and get me to purchase from them so that’s why I wanted to come to you first. I’ll let you know if they give me any information.

Hi Cynthia,
Just wanted to follow up with you on the SEO report you sent the other day. I am still interested to see the source of the report. As I mentioned there is a lot of misinformation out there and a lot of companies and individuals generate questionable or sometimes even fabricated vague reports to sell their services. Our expertise in SEO is proven by our #1 ranking for over 40 specialty keywords while others are nowhere to be found.
What creates some confusion is how people define SEO. Optimizing your website is a never-ending project. It starts by designing the website. The package you have purchased includes Premium SEO which includes steps taken during the design of the website on-site to make sure the site is ready for search engines. After the site is live, there are a lot of things you can do to promote the site and improve its ranking. Your options range from on-going SEO to Adwords, to Blogging… An example of on-going SEO is writing content and submitting it to other sites, or, promoting the site on social media so you get more reference to your site. Some of these efforts may affect the number of links to your site. These type of services are usually categorized under on-going SEO or off-site SEO. Some of our clients spend thousands of dollars every month to build that reputation and presence online. To recap, your package includes on-site SEO that is completed and if you are interested in any other type of online marketing or SEO we will be happy to talk to you.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Warm Regards
Dr. Sean Fahimi
Hi Sean,
I appreciate the follow-up! She hasn’t gotten back to me, at least not yet. I’ll see if I can reach her by phone today. The fact that she hasn’t gotten back to me in 4 days makes me a little suspicious anyway. I know they are a small family owned business called Green T Marketing.

Cynthia,
I also checked on the second part of your email about the ‘keywords’ which refers to ‘Keyword Tags’. Those tags have been ignored by Google for almost a decade. So for someone to claim the lack of ‘Keyword Tag’ as a ‘red flag’ they have to really be out of the loop for a very long time. Here is the Google’s own announcement about the Keyword Tags 8 years ago:
