I understand your point, but, these requirements have been added by Google just recently and there are fees that we have to pay to purchase certificates and technology to make this possible. Also, it is true that these are part of our SELECT package, but, the cost of that package is $4500 and $99 per month. I talked to Dr. Sean and he authorized a big discount to put you on the SELECT package instead of charging a-la-carte. That will save you a lot. Under that offer, you would only pay $299 one time fee and the monthly fee only goes up a $21 so the total monthly will be $99! That basically just covers the cost. He is basically combining three year-end promos for you. You will get both the SSL certificate and the ADApt engine. Please confirm that you approve this change and I will take care of it for you. This offer is only valid in 2017.

A couple of questions. Does my website qualify for the SSL certificates and the ADA website that is now being offered?

Also, what does it take to add a blog section to my website? Is that extra? I know I have an articles section on my site, but I want articles to be easy to find through searches. Or can that be done with my regular page? I wanted to start writing blogs/articles next year.

Your timing is great! We have just introduced some new packages that include what you need and because they are new there is a good offer available. Also, Dr. Fahimi has asked me to offer you an additional discount. These are your options:

1- SSL and ADA accessibility
I will be able to put you on our new SELECT package which includes all you have today plus these two important additions. The cost of this is only $499 one time payment and the monthly payment will be around $20 more for the SSL certificate renewal which brings your total monthly payment to $99.

2- Blog
If you just want to add blog capability to your site which will be a combination of a new layout for blog page that has search and also categories and the sidebar used on blog pages, it will only cost a one time fee of $249 and a monthly of $19.

3- The CONNECT package
The other option you have is to go to the next package up that is called CONNECT, that includes the blog and the other two options but also includes custom social media pages and reputation management. That upgrade will cost $1999 and the total monthly is $149.

But, one thing I need is the name of the tool that is used to run this report. There are a lot of companies who provide fabricated tests and/or tools that they have developed themselves just to be able to sell their services.

These tools have to be tested before any claims are taken seriously. At the first look some of these claims don’t make sense. But, I don’t want to prejudge it until we know the source.

I also checked on the second part of your email about the ‘keywords’ which refers to ‘Keyword Tags’. Those tags have been ignored by Google for almost a decade. So for someone to claim the lack of ‘Keyword Tag’ as a ‘red flag’ they have to really be out of the loop for a very long time. Here is the Google’s own announcement about the Keyword Tags 8 years ago:

1. iPad & mobile – make logo slightly larger and move more to the right to fill the white header space.

2. Slider images – reduce all images so you can see full photo or a part of it. Photo needs to be in focus.

3. iPad only – homepage > featured services > Acupuncture image needs to match width of other images.

4. when click on hamburger menu, sub menus need to display over the search box.

5. Click on hamburger menu, sub-menu displays. When click anywhere else on the site, the menu does not close.

6. all header images on inner pages need to be in focus and zoomed out.

Changing the colors of your website would entail editing all graphic work, updating the code and analyzing it to ensure things are cohesive, and this is the reason we had you review and approve the final colors and layout originally.

If you want the ability to change your website’s color in the future, we do have a program that allows you to adjust this pretty easily. It has over 20 designs, and you can either request that we change the design or you can browse through them yourself and switch with a simple click. Please let me know if this interests you, and we can create a sample site for you to review. I’ve also included our Creative Director Belinda in this thread to answer any questions that you may have.

This just doesn’t have a cohesive look with my logo and the pictures. I shouldn’t have to pay to have something as simple as a color changed. I don’t want anything else changed. But I believe most business owners like their websites to have a uniform look. That color was chosen way before my logo and those pictures were placed on the site.

The purpose of a design approval is because we would have to export images, code the site and ensure all pieces come together on a functional site. Changing the color entails redoing this whole process.

Unfortunately, it’s not a simple click and fills with different color. Now that you mention the color does match your logo, we’d have to open up the design process to give you different color samples before you can finalize.

However! We do have another system that allows you to change the color with a click of a button, this is a part of our template system that allows you to switch between designs and colors. Again, I would like to speak via telephone to finalize/go over options. When is your best availability?

Kahlen Mitchell hails from Kansas where she got her start in licensed massage therapy about ten years ago. She gained experience quickly in various work environments such as salons, spas, wellness centers, chiropractors’ offices, as well as working for herself in spaces and taking her table to clients’ homes. She specializes in craniosacral therapy, Swedish, deep tissue, sports and prenatal massage, as well as myofascial release. Kahlen deeply believes in the importance of educating her clients so they may use that knowledge to live as healthy and happy as possible. We are not taught to pay attention to our bodies in this society, but we are taught to run them down with constant work and stress without taking the proper precautions to reduce risk of injury or illness. Kahlen is beyond excited to join the Holistic Integrative Wellness team to help enable clients with the knowledge to assist them in creating a life more free from chronic illness, stress and pain.

– Add a white blur behind tagline so it’s readable.

I was looking at my tagline. It’s hard to read against the pictures. I think my that bluish color throughout the site needs to change to more of a green color. A medium colored green. Plus that color doesn’t really go with the theme of the site.Choose a color close to my logo color.

2. On the Patient Education page, please create a snippet according to each listed topic with the image. The first four are shown as examples of how it should be done. If the link to the post is not found, please add content from content.360sites.net and link accordingly.

I am having trouble logging in to my website from the main wordpress page. The username and login aren’t working. I even changed the password and I still can log in. I was able to go through my history and find a page that was still logged in so that was the only way I was able to see the site.

Below are some changes:

1. On the “Office” Page there are some letters and a period at the end of the page. Not sure where that came from, but need to be deleted. X

2. On the “About HIWC” page there is some sentence spacing errors on the page under company logo X

3. I love that they put the patient login button on the very top of the page. Since that button is there, they can remove the patient login from the menu. X

4. The IV vitamin therapy and Clinical massage FAQs are missing. So are the links that are supposed to go after Functional medicine, massage, acupuncture, etc that lead to the corresponding education pages that are provided through 360. The link should say ” Click here to learn more” X

5. Please move Holistic Primary Care link to the top of the services drop down. X

6. On the Holistic Primary Care page. Second paragraph, please remove Labs will be ordered after the exam and physical specific to the patient’s needs. Please change wording to “Labs specific to the patients needs will be ordered after the exam.” X

7. What happened to all of the educational material that I requested be placed on the site? please see previous emails for all of the ID numbers.

8. Nothing should be on the articles page currently X

9. Can my calendar be made bigger? If not can it at least be centered? That looks odd on the page to the far left like that. Please add a title to the page. “Calendar of Events” Place on a page that also has the menu and pictures like the other pages instead of a plain white page.

10. Some of the wording on the services pages is grey. Can all of the grey writing be changed to black like the rest of the page.

11. FOr some reason there’s a link under my bio. Please remove

1. Homepage featured image – change photo for I.V vitamin therapy. Something with an IV bag full of fruit or something like that, that will represent the service better.

2. Attached are the “Holistic Primary Care”, “Acupuncture” “Massage”, “IV Vitamin Therapy”, and “Yoga” pages that will go under services. Please put a relevant picture on the pages. Keep the order that I have them in. Don’t worry about the different font or colors I may have used. Just regular font and black text. 5. Instead of an education tab, I’d like a “Resources” tab. Under that tab there will be 2 drop downs. “Patient Education”- which will contain a page to all of the pre-written educational pages that you all uploaded to my site. I sent Roberto the ID #’s to all of the topics I wanted on there. If you need them again I will send it. Please put them in alphabetical order. The second tab will be “Articles”. I’d like that page to be set up with pictures and title only going across in rows (about 3 to a row). They will click and it will take them to the article or newsletter. The articles will still be on my site, but only accessible through that picture/title link.

6. All of the topics that are visible under “Services” currently should be removed. THose topics should not be accessible through the menu. They should only be accessible from the “Patient Education” page.

Loukia Mastrodimos holds a license as a professional educator in the state of Illinois where she taught in public high schools for 20 years as well as served as a coach and school administrator. She has a bachelors degree from Loyola University Chicago and a masters degree from Roosevelt University. Loukia obtained her 200 hour yoga teacher training and certification in 2015 and is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance, the accrediting body for yoga instructors. She teaches hatha/gentle yoga, vinyasa flow, and restorative yoga class formats to all levels of practitioners. She has experience working with teenagers to seniors. Loukia is also a certified health & wellness coach. She received her training and certification from the Wellcoaches School of Health & Wellness Coaching, the gold standard in the industry.
