I appreciate you taking care of this issue and truly believe it was the fair thing thing here. And believe me I also want a healthy relationship with your company.
I just hope you can appreciate that I have had A LOT of problems, empty promises, and delayed delivery of services with your company from the day that I signed up that has left me quite frustrated. Even based on the proposal you attached for me, some of the services I paid monthly fees for, such as the PPC just now got activated. Please note I don’t blame you personally, and if anything I think you’ve been quite helpful and relations have improved since you took over. But as I mentioned I have to consider my interactions with the company from Day 1 not just after you came on board. But I do think we are on the same page for the most part and hope we can continue to work together in a healthy and positive manner.

Emailing a list is fine for the future once the website is done! but for now its difficult to explain certain things in email and even though we have gone live for the sake of being live, there are still typos, an misspells and mis-sized pictures, etc all over the site. And to be honest I expect from a professional website developing company to go through everything and make sure there is none of that, and everything looks perfect so it doesn’t look like a do it yourself site… but it seems that i’m the one responsible for all that also. Anyways we can further discuss on Friday as everything that remains are minor changes.

Justin you are also CC’d on this email because I have not been contacted by anyone, or maybe its supposed to be by you, regarding what is going on with my social media, SEO, Google ad clicks, reviews etc etc despite the email that Desirae CC’d you on 2 weeks ago….is it my job to have to keep requesting your company to be on top of this? Shouldn’t you all be doing this already and giving me reports? Isn’t that what the monthly fee i’m paying for is?? I feel if I don’t remind you, nobody is on any kind of schedule to follow up all this. Spoke with Dr. Zand about his concern of going through all of the content and making changes. I advised we can get custom content written for him (up to 5) but we would need notes from him first. He feels a little overwhelmed with how much content there is to go through, and I explained why we have general stock content on the site – to make it easier and fill the pages.
