Had phone call with doctor, he feels like he has to do too much during this process. He’s mentioned that he wants us to take the lead but all we are doing is asking him questions. He pointed out content he doesnt like, pointed out icons, and now doesn’t like the layout.

Concerns:

– layout: Asked him if he approved the layout himself, he said yes “but what do I know.”
– content: told him we can write it a million ways, its not going to be what you want exactly. if you have specifics, then let us know. “belinda you’re telling me something i already know.”
– not helping: he says we’re not helping him. he wants us to take care of all of it. Again, mentioned to him that he clearly has specifics, we need communication.

Beginning of the call, he mentioned nothing is disastrous but would like a little “push” in the project. He wants to get it done in a few days. He seemed just to have normal questions regarding the process. but as I was explaining custom content and image updates, he got upset and told everyone to “calm down and take a breather.” (not sure why)

He rushed me off the phone and asked for me to look over the site to see if there’s anything that can be improved.
