When I google Orthodontist 44720 (our zip code), our website does not show up in the searches. It does show up in the map section based on location. We were listed at the top of the searches previously. Do you have any idea what happened there and how we can get back up to the top?

I did the same search with “orthodontist 44720″ and could not find the website either. Even though your domain is now being hosted with us, your current website is still being hosted with Sesame. I would ask them about why the website does not show in the searches.

Aaron called that website is down bc they cancelled with Sesame. They want the old website up. TOld them to call Sesame to keep the service on until the website is ready on our end.

Based off of your recent feedback, I have updated to design draft below.

A few things to note:
MENU – The menu will stand out more and look different once it is developed. We will be adding hover effects so it stands out, but you cannot see it yet since it’s not a working website yet.

SURESMILE / INVISALIGN – I moved the “Suresmile” icon so it would create more breathing room on the top. I highly suggest keeping the size as-is, otherwise the header will become too crowded.

3 BUTTONS – These buttons will scroll with you along the page. I reduced the size so it won’t cover any information as it scrolls.

LOGO – I added a slight drop shadow to your logo. I feel like it’s just enough but not too overbearing.

Since we have been making minor changes to the design, I would suggest we begin developing your website. Development normally takes 1-2 weeks, and we can make any minor adjustments after if we need to. 🙂

Its looking really good! I few small changes.

1) Can you make the Invisalign logo the same size it was before, while keeping the suresmile logo the same size?
2) Can we make the Name/Logo stand out more? Make it bigger or do some light shading like before, but not in beige or maybe both?
3) Can we make the headings “New Patient, Contact Us, etc” bolder to stand out more? or another way to make them look more like links?
4) I liked the size of the blue boxes on the size the way they were before. I think they were longer than they are now?
5) Can we change the color of the purple logo under my picture to white? I like the small addition of purple, and I think we need it somewhere up here, but not sure where. Maybe make “Submit” purple?
6) Can you make the scroll work behind the diamond links a little bolder like before. You saw it more on the previous one I think.

F) Can we add another diamond on the upper left of the grouping? (so its 4 on top and 3 on bottom….or if that’s too much maybe have it be 3 diamonds on the top and 2 on the bottom?

-I toned down a number of colors that were used in order to create a “cleaner” feeling.
-I also reduced the amount of beige as I felt it was a bit too strong.
-I added more blue color since that is one of the predominant colors in your letterhead.

Sorry I didn’t respond sooner, but I couldn’t decide on what it was I still didn’t like. I just don’t think it has the same “feel” as our letterhead, business card etc. I don’t think I like the buttons purple, but I’m not sure what color would look good – maybe blue? I think maybe the beige is throwing me off? Where would the first “page” end on a computer screen? I’m sorry I can’t be more directive, I just can’t put my finger on it.

No need to apologize, I’m here to help and give you a website design that you absolutely love! There are a few things I see that can be changed to match the “feel” of your letterhead and print material:
COLORS: There is a lot more color on the design draft compared to the letterhead and business card, which might be why it is creating a different feel. I think if we reduce the amount of colors in the design draft it would match better.

MAIN IMAGE: Because your letterhead and business cards are very clean, I think we can choose a different image that is less “busy”; that way it will create a more clean feeling.
I can modify the design and send you an updated draft early next week. Please let me know if you have any other suggestions or feedback. Thank you!

Currently we are Morgan, Bernard and Associates Orthodontics…but we are changing to Perennial Smiles, and hope to have a new building/location soon. I just wasn’t sure if this affected anything with the billing portion.

Looking to get a makeover cause they have a new logo. Not looking for any other features.

Went over the Gold and also pointers on what we do vs others when it comes to QPS.
