At age 75 I found out one day I couldn’t go. After a trip to the ER where I got a foley catheter I was referred by my primary physician to Dr. Allen. I had immediate confidence that he could help me get back to a normal life. He recommended an operation with a green light laser. He had several test scheduled and then the operation. Everything went so well that I now function like a 40 year old. I can sleep all night without needing to get up. I am able to enjoy the wonderful activities here in Florida, thanks to Dr. Allen. Many times, when using firefox, I get an error that says my site is not trusted and I need to confirm a security exemption, etc. Is there anything you can do to make getting to my site any easier? Seems to happen mainly when I am at work. But I have no problem getting to other sites.

Dr Allen sure did improve my quality of life. I have had a problem for over 10 yrs and had two primary doctors who just passed it off as an age thing but one visit with Dr. Allen and I was on the road to recovery. With his expertise and professionalism he knew what my problem was and discussed in detail what my options were to achieve the ultimate solution to my problem and he did it in such a caring manner that I was totally comfortable with everything he recommended. He works with several other Doctors that don’t care much for the internet – bad google reviews for them are reflecting on him through google business listing and he wanted to separate himself from this by creating his own business listing.

Advised him that this couldn’t be done as they all share the same practice address as well as suite # (you can’t create a new business listing using the same business address and simply changing the practice name – it may go through but google will eventually delete the most recent listing – so it would be a temporary fix/waste of time)

Gave him several solutions:
1. Advised him to do BRC (which he already is)
2. Link Google + page to the G+ (He is adamant about clients being able to click the G+ icon and be directed to leave google reviews which Google + page doesn’t allow).
3. Advised him that because the listing only has 3 reviews (1 1-star review which is bringing the rating down) he should have family members or friends leave 5-star reviews to help boost the pages ranking (He agreed that he will try this)

In all he wants his own business listing form Bryan Allen MD – but again would need a different practice address and go through the process of creating a new business listing and verifying the code sent by google.

Also let him know that If I think of any other solution to this situation I would advise him.

Currently the G+ link on his site goes to his Group’s Practice which he does not want to have any ties to cause of the negative reviews there. He is 1 of a few drs at that practice and this site we jsut created is for himself. He tried setting up the G+ Business listing already but does not know where to go to grab that public link to give us to replace the link currently on his site.

Please make sure once you get the link, to update it in 3 places: header, footer, and testimonial page.

Catherine, dr logged in and was confused with the analytics (typical and expected for anyone)… anyhow, dr stated that the data shows ZERO for everything. Can you check if it was installed correctly and/or if what he sees is correct.

Here’s another site concept, based on our last conversation. I included the information you wanted to keep (bio, contact form, etc.). The scrolling length as it stands is about two screens. There is still room to make the page shorter, but that will involve losing some information, in order to avoid a cramped look.

Spoke to Dr. Allen about the first draft – he did not like it. He said it looked “like a police website” (black and blue), and that it was “too choppy” and “too busy”.

He wants the site to be “softer” and simpler, with “not a lot of content” and less scrolling required of the user. He wanted no more than a half page of scrolling. The home page he wants would basically be mainly a hero, featuring his picture, and a contact/appointment form, with links to the rest of the information deeper inside the site.

He liked the placement of his name and picture. He’d like me to remove the Urology Partners logo and bring the social media icons up to the top.

Estimate for his Groups’ site.

His group found out about this project he’s doing separately and wanted my opinion on the matter. They may consider now redoing the partners website. His site was suppose to prove a point that their group’s site needs to be updated. He asked me to send a quote for his group. Will consider down the road or now. – he is part of a group that he joined recently, their site is http://urology-partners.com/ (WE ARE NOT WORKING ON THIS, in the future, yes)
– he is trying to convince them that their current is is not converting and that REVIEWS is a big part. His goal is to get a site developed for his personal which will be like his profile. Need to have REVIEWS so that is the focal point. We want to tie in YELP, G+, & Twitter along with Healthgrades if he has it.
