Hi Justin,
Pricing wasn't an issue. Your pricing is similar to several companies my team reached out to. That said, some of the features which fall under the step-up tiers on your proposal fall under the lower tiers for other companies. For example, custom content creation such as a blog could be found under the first tier without an up charge. Again, that's a very small example and pricing wasn't an issue.
The main factor in the round table decision was the portfolio of designs themselves. My team and I went through a lengthy process of evaluating the portfolios of numerous companies and reached out to a small number of them for pricing. Some were simply cost prohibitive from the beginning. We decided to go a different route as we felt the designs by the other company were better aligned with how we were trying to enhance the branding efforts of our practice. Optimized made the first "cut" for lack of a better term, but the designs ended up being the ultimate deciding factor.

How are updates to the website handled? For example, if we needed an update made to include a promotion or offer or if we had changes in our staff and needed someone taken of the website or added, how would that be handled? Are updates included in the pricing or would we be billed per project/hour/update?
As I mentioned in my last email, we’re building a second location from the ground up. We’re planning on opening in November or December of this year, so we’ll need the site updated to reflect the location and ensure we’re good to go from an SEO/local standpoint. Are there additional charges to add a second location to the site?
I noticed you offer something called Review Management. Reviews are, of course, a big part of a practice’s online reputation. We focus on Google, Yelp, and Facebook. Do you offer something that integrates with or embeds these platforms, or is your review site something similar to rateabiz or the like?
