I’ve put some general notes logging the issue below. Thx

MaryAnna called my direct line. Wanted to get a situation resolved before it escalates with Dr. Varkony because she knows Dr Varkony will go to great lengths with issues that are not justified in “his opinion” based on past issues. She said Dr. Varkony one time tracked down the CEO of Groupon due to an issue he had.

Anyhow, MaryAnna stated that she enjoyed working with Desirae, did a great job with communication and creating the concept but when it was developed, Dr didn’t like how the pages inside was not wide screen and thought that it was “common sense” and standard since everyone has a wide screen monitor. Was not happy with the $299 quote. She said she didn’t want to come off as a “bitch” by complaining but she is trying to get this resolved for the Dr before it gets worst.

I told her that Belinda will call to discuss this with her to get it situated.

Spoke to Belinda, aware of the situation now, will call around 11am. Called Maryanna to let her know that Belinda will call her then. She was very appreciative and once again apologized if she was coming off sounding like a “bitch”.

MaryAnna inquired about making the inner page hero full-width instead of centered. I advised that it would require some recoding and quoted her at $299 one-time fee.

Emailed MaryAnna to follow up about additional content/images and going live.

Please decrease the padding above the logo/phone #/locations in the header.

MaryAnna is asking Dr. Varkony what color he would like for the logo so I can send her the files. He also reviewed the content and made corrections, so MaryAnna will be sending me an updated edits list soon.

Thank you for being so patient as I’m trying to get everything done before I leave for vacation 🙂 Based off your recent feedback, I have updated the logo designs below. I included 3 versions to show different colors/styles for the “S”. Let me know which one you like! Hopefully we can add one of these to the website as the final logo.

Dr. Varkony likes #3 with a few modifications:

-the hair is too bold; maybe make a hair line instead of having the full ponytail
-include different colors (neutral)
-add an “S” intertwined with the “V” and have the silhouette in the middle of the 2 letters
-“Steven J. Varkony” needs to be bigger and on top of “The Plastic Surgery Center”
